I love these inserts! After a recent kitchen remodel, I originally purchased dividers from a big box store. I hated how much room they took up in the drawer and the extra space on sides and behind. The rev-a-shelf is fantastic! My husband cut to size in minutes, and it's a custom fit. It also happens to match the inside of my drawers so it seems like it came with the cabinetry but much cheaper than buying their version. I have double wide drawers so I used a combination of utility and cutlery inserts. The most challenging part was determining where to cut (this wouldn't be an issue if using one per drawer but since I used 2 in each drawer, I had to plan where I wanted the dividers - no big deal just took some thought!) Couldn't be any happier!!!

We got 2 of the narrower inserts because our drawer was wider than the wide insert. I am not really into writing reviews but when I read the reviews of others that are wrong I make the exception. Someone said the insert is "flimsy". I disagree. They are very sturdy. These inserts are very well constructed. The bottom plywood is a tad over 3/8" and the dividers are a tad under 3/8" (probably some exact metric number). The smallest compartment (the one there are three of) is 2 3/8" by 10 1/4".
I never fail to be amazed that the Chinese can make these things to sell at retail less than than the cost I would pay for wood and they often buy the wood in the USA.
Be advised that unless the insert is the exact size for your drawer you will need some sort of saw to cut it down. A 10" table saw with an 80 tooth blade is the preferred tool. Down from that is a 40 tooth blade. Moving down from a table saw is a band saw, a jig saw or a hand saw but these will produce less than a perfect cut. You should definitely put painters tape where you are going to cut to avoid splintering.

As indicated in another one of my reviews, my wife and recently moved into a new construction home. While the kitchen cabinets are beautiful hand-crafted pieces from a local cabinetmaker, there were really no-frills or useful accessories. For a number of reasons, I needed time-savers versus building my own, and Rev-A-Shelf to the rescue! I purchased this utensil divider along with two other models of drawer divider made by Rev-A-Shelf. Very nicely constructed and I was very happy with how well boxed they were arriving with no damage! I trimmed the dividers to fit the drawer boxes perfectly on my table saw with a fine-tooth, thin kerf finishing blade so the edges would need little to no sanding to dress them. During our housewarming, our guests thought our kitchen was a full custom job because they couldn't tell these were inserts!

Product looks very nice and functions perfectly for its purpose.

Quality is acceptable. Made mostly of good quality maple plywood (no voids and the veneer doesn't tear easily when cut by a good blade). My only gripe and reason for the 4 stars is the rear wall/fence area is not completely square to the plywood base. This may be just my piece, but the quality control must not be great. I planned on exchanging if it didn't fit well since dealing with unsquare drawers as well can complicate matters. In the end it ended up fitting fine.

Installation is pretty straight forward with a table saw. If you have to use a circular saw, I would imagine ripping the raised wall would be a bit more difficult to get it straight.

Overall I like the way it looks and functions installed.

As someone who is crazy about organization, this is one of my favorite purchases for our new home's kitchen. It was a tab bit tricky to cut it down to size. We ended up using a rotary tool to maneuver it because the wood was thin enough. There are probably better ways to go about it, but we were working with a limited tool set and didn't want to use a table saw since we felt like it would be overkill. After a few tries, we got it perfect, and now it looks like its built into our cabinets. This tray absolutely takes advantage of all the available space and our utensil drawer is neater than its ever been.

I was having a really hard time finding a cutlery tray for our apparently large drawers. This tray has been perfect! I love that you can cut 3 of the sides to make it fit in your particular drawer just right. The top, and both sides can just be run through a saw. My husband only had to trim the top end a bit. And you wouldn't even know looking at it after. The wood quality is REALLY nice. The cutting of the one end didn't disturb and of the other joints or connections. I wish this company made a version for utensils that has like 3 large compartments, because I'd totally buy them!

This is such an improvement over the typical plastic silverware organizer. Its likely you will have to trim the back of this piece to fit your drawer but so worth that small job. My drawer always looks picture perfect! I find it just looks cleaner! I can actually fit two sets of each of my utensils in the sections for forks, spoons and knives which is quite the improvement over one toppling pile in the sections of my old organizer. Really love this product!

Couldn’t be easier to install once you cut it to the right size. I have large drawers in my kitchen and all I had to do was trim a couple of inches off the sides. Slides right in. Beautiful wood finish on the inside matches inside of my drawers. Plenty of room to organize my cutlery. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I love these Rev-A-Shelf products! It has saved me so much money. Instead of buying custom, I create my own custom. We just put in a brand new kitchen and I wanted some better organization that was "Built-in", or had the look and this was it. It was so easy to customize. Follow the directions and it turned out great!

I am so happy with this. I regret not buying it sooner and getting rid of all the individual trays that slid all over the drawer. It was easy to cut and custom fit on a small table saw. I will be buying additional Rev-A-Shelf products to customize my kitchen.

This drawer peg system is great for organizing your drawers if a) you don't losing a little space (you can pack much more in a drawer that doesn't have these dividers) and b) you don't want to spend a lot of DIY time making one of these systems yourself.

It would be nice if Rev-a-shelf made these with twice as many predrilled peg holes because your items can slide around a little more than you'd like if the size of items to holes doesn't match up for you. (You can drill your own holes but make sure you drill out the holes a bit smaller than the pegs measure). I was worried that I wouldn't have enough pegs for my drawers - you can buy more but they're pretty pricey. Turns out I ended up with more pegs than needed because I only used one per side of each plate or bowl. The pegs themselves were much bigger than I expected (you actually need to account for the size of the dowels when fitting things into your drawers). The dowels have a nice polished finish to them. They are not threaded but "screw" down onto the pegboard. They fit tightly and do not flop around.

These pegboards are pretty easy to cut down with a table saw. Just measure your drawer and cut off 1/16 or so on each side smaller. Since I knew ahead of time that I'd need to cut these down to fit my drawer, I bought used through Amazon Warehouse. The edges were barely banged up and what was affected was just at the edge that I cut off anyway. It was a good savings for value.

Speaking of value, these are plywood with a pretty thin veneer. If you are handy and have the right tools yourself, you could cheaply make these on your own out of birch. But if you're looking for a drawer organizer with minimal DIY effort, these fit the bill nicely.

Have put plates and bowls in a drawer rather than leave them up on open shelves given this is being used in a guest annex which gets dusty. These work perfectly to keep them from sliding around and are very flexible in their configurations. A neighbor with a table saw trimmed it to fit and trimmed off the finger hole because he felt it would not be very useful given the size of the pegboard. Tom put a screw in one side to act as a handle in case we need to remove it. I was thinking of stapling webbing on both sides on the bottom side and bringing the webbing up as straps to remove it but the screw head works just fine.

I have only lower cabinets in my kitchen, so all my dishes are in drawers. This product works great! My only issue would be that if you have custom sized drawers, they need to be cut to fit. Luckily my builder was still onsite with his table saw so he cut them quickly. The product did cut well and didn’t splinter. Yay! I was able to store all the dishes I wanted in my drawers. Down side, I wish there were more holes closer together to offer more options. I have a lot of wasted space, and a few dishes that don’t fit snugly due to the distance between each hole.

It was bit larger than our cabinet,but my handy dandy husband trimmed it down to fit. Plenty of pegs to keep ththe plates from moving.

easy to trim with a table saw, easy to install the pegs. however, when we tried to remove one of the pegs from the board, the metal dowel separated from the wood peg, and required a pair of pliers to remove from the peg board.

it's doing a great job of keeping the dishes from moving around in the drawer, and is attractive.

Absolutely love this! it is soooooooo easy to store, organize and use our tableware now. it's nice to not haver to lift a stack of plates up into an upper wall cabinet. so easy to grab dishes on the go, and it helps my wife who is "vertically challenged".

This is a 'must have' if you are putting dishes in drawers! I LOVE it. I bought the large and had my contractor cut it in half with his saw for a custom fit. He was also easily able to drill holes to fit my preference on china placement. We cut a few of the pegs to be short, so that it was easier to reach the plates in the back of the drawer. There were plenty of pegs left over. Really, really glad I bought this.

I have a very large and deep kitchen drawer. This allows me to put a full 8 setting china set in the drawer. It is happens to match the maple interiors of my cabinets and that is a visual plus. We had to cut it down to fit but that was fairly easy. I bought two and will most likely use the second to organize storage containers and mixing bowls.

The pictures on Amazon and other web sites don't do this justice. I didn't realize the "pegboard" would be a very nice, solid piece of 1/2" birch faced plywood. It was so nicely done, the holes don't even go all the way through. Had I known this up front I would have had my cabinet guy use it for his bottom board. Also, the pegs are larger in diameter than I expected and flared at the bottom for stability. I'm very pleased.

The pegs are a little wobbly, but do the job well. This is really the only reasonably priced drawer peg system I could find. The price still seems steep for just peg boards with dowels and knobs sticking up to hold plates in place.

Love it. It keeps my brush out of the sink so when I am rinsing something, it doesn't go into the brush. Same for brillo and scrubbing pads. I wish the white part was softer like the grey part...more like silcone.

Finally, a caddy that works with my sink configuration and my scrubber. I use the sponge-head scrubber that you fill the handle with detergent and there is no place to have it handy that the detergent doesn't leak out! this caddy has the small section that my scrubber stays out of the way and upright. The drain holes assure no food or water stays there. My ChoreGirl stainless steel scrubber can now dry without leaving rusty spots on my sink. I only need to occasionally clean under the "saddle" where moisture makes things start to grow... Very happy with this design.

I love it! The quality is good and it's sturdy. It fits perfectly in the middle part of my sink. The depth of the holder isn't very deep, therefore if you have a scrub brush, I do have to lean the brush inside the holder, it doesn't sit upright.

Holds the sponges well. Just wish the holes on the bottom were alittle bigger. Sometimes the water just sits in the bottom and doesn't drain out.

what a clever little gadget, I hate having my sponges fall into the sink and I don't like them sitting on the counter, this is the perfect idea so that they can sit in this little caddy right in the center of my sink where I can easily access them.

I like the sponge caddy because it holds my sponges up and keeps them dry I have a terrible habit of letting my sponge lie in the sink and stay wet. This really helps.

I would’ve given five stars if the sponges it came with weren’t so awful haha. But otherwise it does he job and it’s a great thing to have in any kitchen!

The construction is solid and the design really maximizes space. However, the easy close guides created a major problem for me. It closes nicely, but it sticks when I'm trying to pull it out. All the glass bottles clang together and the skinniest of them sometimes tip over. It also didn't come with the template. If they had left off the easy close glides and just let it slide in and out smoothly it would have been perfect. I'm sending it back.

Update! The rails have a switch that lets you turn off the easy close guides. Disabling them makes this a pretty nice product so I decided to keep it. Works great now.

This was the only one through the whole internet that would fit my narrow cabinet. That said.... I like it but not in love with it. The left side that is ment for tall items is not deep enough to hold much with out falling... Thinking that eventually will cut the dividers..... The plus is that the instructions on how to install we're very good and using common sense I was able to install it with out my handyman husband!!!!

This organizer fit perfectly in my cabinet. It's well made and slides easily. It wasn't difficult to install but being a tight it was a bit tricky. It works great for me. Highly recommended. Just measure carefully to ensure it fits!

I used two of these as pull-out shelves in my pantry. I mounted them directly underneath a regular shelf & these easy-access pull-out shelves work very well to store additional items in my pantry. Very sturdy, good-looking shelves.

Worked out well, but would have rather had one that had independent pull out shelves verses the whole unit pulls out as one. Would be good in a narrow cabinet.

I'm on an organization kick, and decided to buy a few of these organizer/storage boxes. These boxes are perfect for what I had in mind. I use them to store items that we keep in our vintage medicine cabinet that we don't necessarily reach for on a daily basis, but that we like to keep nearby. We can see exactly which bottles are in each storage box so no crazy searching is necessary. The boxes stack neatly on top of each other in the back of the cabinet.

I really like this hinged lid container, exactly what I wanted!
One problem, the labels were so stuck on the lid and the front of the container. Took me 1/2 a day to finally get them off. I used many different ideas and products to get them off and for that reason will not be buying this brand again.

Well made and very handy, but I use them everywhere but the refrigerator. So far I've used them for packets of nails, picture hangers, batteries -- all that small stuff that needs gathering and organizing.

Taking off one star only because there are 2 huge stickers on 2 sides that are impossible to remove. Otherwise the product is good.

I love the lidded container. I can see easily through the box and stack them easily. I keep my essential oils in these boxes. And they help me organize the bottles best.

This Honey-Can-Do Woven Mail & File Desk Organizer, yes it certainly can be used for that purpose, but it could be used for any scenario where you are trying to corrall clutter, or to be more organized.

I am using it on my desk to hold 2 Tablets- one is 10.1", and the other one is 9.7". They easily fit in the 2 larger parts, and my cell phone easily fits in one of the smaller parts. It's actually larger than I thought it would be. Since I already have a USB charger that can charge 4 electronics that have USB ports, plus it also has a regular outlet plug, so I didn't need an organizer that had USB ports built in.

I wish that this item did come in more colors, the one I have is Expresso color, so a dark brown, but it does the job I need it for, which is what is most important.

I'm using this for a charging station.The weave design allows for small cables to be strung through it. Nice looking and fairly sturdy. Only complaint is that when it arrived the frame was slightly bent. I didn't downgrade the stars because I suspect it's more of shipping problem and I probably could have exchanged it but didn't want to wait. Overall, I love it!

I have this in my kitchen to try to keep better organized. The only thing I don't like is that a manlla folder just barely fits in the compartment. It rubs on both ends and is a little tight. They could have made it a hair wider so it would fit without slightly bending the papers.

This was a little bigger than I had anticipated, it also arrived bent on the bottom so it sits at an angle on the counter. But overall does what it was intended to do- a catch-all for mail.

I have 2 of these. One hold ls my kids curriculum books, small learn to read books and some coloring books. The 2nd one holds our mail, "to do" papers, work papers, work planner, and my laptop. These are the perfect size for a "station" of some sort and they look nice.

I bought a combination of these Rubbermaid interlocking drawers to fit my long and narrow kitchen drawer.

Pros:
-Looks great.
-Interlocks well.
-Variety of sizes to tailor-fit your drawers and needs.
-Great value.

Cons:
-Not the sturdiest plastic.
-Have a tendency to slide around if they don't completely fill your drawer (touching all sides). This is easily remedied by a rubber drawer liner however.

I'm happy with my purchase. I'm glad they were low-cost AND they fit my drawer almost perfectly.

We frequently use these for desk and kitchen & bathroom drawer dividers. We like the way they hook together if you want them to. They also make it so much easier to keep track of all those little things that seem to get away from us. We highly recommend these and of course we would purchase again. Rubbermaid trays are very sturdy and more substantial than others so we keep those at the top of our list.

I used these same dividers in white for 20 years. They were still functional but had yellowed and scratched and were unsightly. When I was doing Spring Cleaning I replaced them with the black version and love them. They gave my kitchen a fresh updated look.

I like this tray and a Rubbermaid silverware tray I bought at the same time. We've been using them for about a week now and we're pleased. They're not super heavy duty but that's not necessary for their function and fits their price. I particularly like the rubber inside to cushion utensils and the rubber pads underneath that discourages them from sliding around the drawer. They're not foolproof - they both still creep a bit - but all in all, they're doing the job.

Works great for organizing smaller type items. I use them to separate all my power screwdriver bits, sizes and types.

I have never liked stacking my cast iron pans one inside of the other so now I am in Love with this organizer! But trust me it works for cast iron pans! If you own Cast Iron you must have this organizer!

Very sturdy - doesn't tip over or rocks with normal+ weight, looks good, very good quality material, looks-N-feels rust proof. Rubberized footing makes product non-slipping and non-scratching on surfaces. Compact enough for small kitchen-top. Stores small, standard, large lids and more. Design allows for easy draining and airflow. Could be a little longer though, perhaps store 10-15 instead of 7-10 conveniently. Will buy another for more storage.

I was concerned when I ordered this lid organizer that it might be on the flimsy side; for those who might share my concerns, I'd say not to worry. This piece is of heavy gage wire and well put together, holding heavy 14" glass lids just as well as the 8" lids for small sauce pots. Best pot cover holder. It is heavy weighted so it will not slide around your cabinet. The pot covers stand upright and not slanted. Easier access to all you covers. The bottom is not elevated, so there is no wasted vertical space. This is great if the height of your cabinet shelves are not high like ours.

Don't know why It took me so long to get one. Works great. Use it to organize pot lids. No more messy drawer.

Before this I had my lids laying all over the place inside my lower cabinets where all our pots are. Our cabinets have a small half-depth shelf which is a perfect spot for one of these to fit. I was able to fit almost all my lids in here - the only one that wouldn't fit is a lid for a wok since the shelf doesn't have enough clearance. The space between the slots is perfect - narrower lids lean against one side of the slot and thicker lids (like one I have for a pasta pot) just fit vertically without getting stuck. The only negative about this, which would be the case with all of these types of lid racks, is that when you're taking a lid out you have to be careful not to accidentally hit another one since it could roll out. The metal bar at the bottom helps prevent that but with some bigger lids I've seen them roll over that if I knock them too hard accidentally. Overall that's a minor thing and doesn't detract from the usefulness of this lid rack.

I desperately needed organization in order to get all my pans and lids in the cupboard and still be able to find the one I wanted and retrieve it with ease. I bought a variety of racks to solve the problem. I have two types of lids with my pans. One style has a very small rim, and those lids fit perfectly into this rack. The other style, however, has a 1" rim, and those are the devil to get in and out of this rack. They fit, but the rim gets hung up on the handle of the lid in the next slot. I am so excited! I, a 67 year old lady a little handy with tools (at least a cordless screwdriver), just installed this beautiful sliding shelf in under an hour. That's counting removing the stuff, cleaning the shelf, drilling and screwing in the shelf, and artfully arranging everything on the finished product, and taking pictures ! My knees were a bit sore, and my elbow was complaining when I was on the floor trying to drill in the back bracket, but it is absolutely beautiful and went in quickly. I was somewhat tentative when I ordered it because my cabinet opening is exactly 20.5" wide, and I ordered the "21 inch" width. This is the 9th shelf I've installed in my kitchen shelves and I was very anxious for this one to fit. (I had one other shelf I installed in a different cabinet that was about 1/4" too wide, and that one I just threw caution to the wind and shaved the side of the cabinet opening until it would fit through! Who cares, right? It was a shelf near the floor and no one is ever going to notice after I touch it up with some varnish or something.) This 21" unit slid right in though (I had to lift it up above the hinges as they were in the way. Putting it in above the hinges after shaving the 1/4" and then dropping it down did the trick. Slipped in perfectly)

We had a Shelf company that specializes in this same sort of cabinet conversion (we see them set up at home shows and state fairs), and I was dreaming of having them come in and doing it for me. (Sigh) My husband almost had a heart attack when he heard the quote. For this one (21" opening) cupboard it would have cost us approx. $1,000, and I had at least four cabinets in the kitchen I wanted done!!!! ACK. So I looked in Amazon, found Rev-A-Shelf that opens out 100% of the way (not 2/3 like most of the other brands), it is strong, heavy-duty, each holds 100 lbs and looks great! You can't beat that with a stick, and I have heavy ceramic dishes to hold in the kitchen. So for around $50 I did this with my own sweat equity! I'm trying to add some pictures, but the add box won't open up for me. I'll try rebooting or something and see if I can add them later.

UPDATE: I'm able to add more pictures now. The double cabinet pictures shows the 15" drawers, and there is a picture of how easy it was for me to install, and a picture of the two tools I used to drill and put in the four screws. The quote from the Shelf company for the double cabinet was $1500! My cost was around $200 and I'm just as thrilled with it-maybe more since I did it myself!

I am so happy with how these work! No more lost dishes at the back of the cabinets, or sitting on the floor removing everything to get back to the rarely used dishes. I am doing the bathroom cabinets next! I will echo what another reviewer said...I WISH I had known about this and done it YEARS ago!

Really nice slide out drawer. The ball bearings really make the drawer glide easily. I chose this drawer to create a waste basket drawer, so I also ordered the door brackets by rev-a-shelf to attach this drawer to my cabinet door. I ordered the 9 gallon Waste basket and it all fit perfectly under my kitchen sink. This drawer is quality built so it can take the weight of a full trash can, and even the pressure of pushing down on the trash to make room for more, .....even as the drawer is fully extended. I have no doubt it could handle your pots and pans or your large kitchenaid mixer.

I purchased these because the house we bought had no pull-out shelving on the bottom of the cabinets. They are sturdy and very easy to install. The only draw-back was that they were really slow to arrive to the point that I couldn't wait for the last two. Perhaps my size was unusual. But they are really well made.

Easy installation, very sturdy & smooth glide. However, measures 1" shorter width than the specs read. (14 1/8" total with 13 1/2 basket capacity.)I gave the product 1 less star because of this alone. My original cabinet/sliding drawer plan needs to now be reconfigured due to what should have been 2 units fitting perfectly.

My wife did not want this initially, but it is a great solution for storing our Kitchen Aid mixer, which is quite heavy. It stores that and all the other baking equipment that only gets used a couple of times a year.

I installed this in about 15 minutes. I did put extra screws down, the four looked a little light duty for my needs. I put my kitchen aid mixer on it so it seems pretty heavy duty. I’m going to get more for my pots and pans.

I really couldn't be happier with this product unless it popped out of the box and installed itself. I put these in all of the kitchen cabinets. This one, being only a single level unit, was really easy to install. The double shelf units are a bit trickier, but still pretty easy to install. The whole trick is to read the instructions and take your time. These Rev-a-Shelf units are well made, with nice heavy chrome plating, so I expect them to outlast me.

I like this glass soap dispenser, however, the sponge holder separated from the pump dispenser.

A little larger than I thought it would be, but very pretty and fits well in my kitchen! And the cup thingy fits a normal sized sponge really well!

I didn't realize that the sponge holder was glued to the soap dispenser. I ordered two of these, and neither of them were level as an attached pair. One came cracked, but I was reimbursed promptly for it. I boiled the other until the glue softened enough for me to separate them into individual pieces. I am much happier with them this way, as the sponge holder needs cleaning frequently. I just run it though the wash.

The soap dispenser is lovely. It holds quite a lot and looks very nice on the side of the sink.
