I keep my pots and pans in a cabinet, but these hooks are handy for so many things. I have my spare pairs of dish washing gloves hanging under the sink on a hook. I always keep a few spare pairs on hand because I never know when my finger nail is going to make a hole in one. After having my spare (new) gloves fill up with water on two different occasions when our garbage disposal sprung a leak under the sink and we didn't know it until everything under there had been "swimming" for who knows how many days, I started hanging my spare gloves by the hole in their plastic b ag that they hang on in the stores. I have several of these hooks hanging over the towel rod beside my bathroom sink. When I take my eyeglasses off, I hook them over one of these hooks. When I get home, I'm tired and I take necklaces off, I hang them over one of these hooks until I feel like putting them away. My little covered, colored rubber bands that I pull my hair back in a pony tail also hang on one of these hooks, so they are right beside the sink as I'm fixing my hair.
I originally bought these hooks to hang tank tops in my closet. It is a great way to organize tank tops by color! I was disappointed to find out that the hooks did not fit on my closet rods! My husband had a simple fix. He used his tools to widen the gap on one of the sides so they will fit on my closet rods. It works, but you can tell they are really forced on the rod. These are pretty heavy duty and would be great for hanging pots and pans. I was just trying to use them for something else. These would also be great for hanging a shower curtain on a shower rod. Just don't try to use them on a standard closet rod.
Although these are called "pot pan hangers" by the manufacturer, they really have much more use than that. I use them in a closet to hang various hang-able items to give me more floor and shelf space. You could also use them for a broom or a mop or any one of a dozen different cleaning tools. They are very sturdy and well made. I don't know what the weight limit would be, but they are certainly strong enough to hold anything I've placed on them, up to around 15 pounds. The round ball on the ends of the hook are a nice touch to prevent snagging or scratching and that feature alone probably makes them more than worth the price. I say add this to your order if you have a need for more space in a closet or in the garage. You'll eventually use all 10 and wish you had ordered more. (Yes, OK, that's what happened to me.)
We bought two sets of these hooks to use with a pot rack we custom built using 7/8 OD Type L copper pipe. These hooks fit nicely over the pipe. As added protection between the stainless hooks and the polished pipe, we slid clear plastic tubing over the part of the hook that would be in contact with the pipe.
These hooks are of solid build and should last for years. I would buy more of these when needed.
JUST what I needed. And they look just like the photo description of the item. I use them on my stainless shelving to hang "this and thats"...they hold heavy weight and I am very pleased. A very good price, too.
Some mentioned that it took forever to receive the item. Yes, they are shipped from China. But I was surprised to receive them in about 3 weeks rather than the up to SIX weeks I expected after reading some reviews.
It isn't like this is an urgent item....shipping was free....and I am very very pleased with the product.

Description
10x Stainless S Hooks Kitchen Pot Pan Hanger Clothes Storage Rack (L)
Great for organizing my pots and pans so they aren't stacked to the sky, risking falling over and getting them dented. (Spoken from experience. Proud mother of a former teenager who must have thought it would be easier to 'accidentally' knock over a stack of pots and plates, destroying them, than put them into the dishwasher) I also intend to use them to organize my clothes closet. They look to be good for that too.
4 stars because the S-hooks fall too easil. A better design would have one end more closed than the other, so that end would stay in place on the rail etc.
Bought these hooks originally to use on my shelving unit, but instead am using them on a SS rod in kitchen to hang up my kitchen utensils....
Very nice, sturdy construction and less expensive than others I've seen...SS is nice in that I don't have to worry about rust!
Great S hooks. I don't use them for pots and pans. I use them to hang bags and back packs in my basement storage closet and they work great for that! They are durable and so far haven't had any rust problems! I will definitely be buying more, for these could be used for various other things, such as to hang scarves and my belts.
I use these with my wire shelving, and they add a lot of storage capability. I can hang dog leashes, belts, anything with a hole for hanging. I hang many different things in all my closets, utility room and pantry, which all have the wire shelves. I wasn't too please about having all wire shelving, but now with these, I have changed my mind about that.
