This cabinet was extremely well crafted. It came accurately predrilled, and although there were many pieces to put together, everything was perfectly aligned & came with decent instructions.
This cabinet took time to put together, but by taking my time and reading all directions, all drawers and door closures lined up and I couldn't be more pleased!!!
Regarding their customer service, I had a delivery issue with one of the cabinets, and HomCom contacted me almost immediately to fix it. I was very pleased with their speed & eagerness to make everything right.
Delivery was quick, no problems or defects to note.I was able to assemble this during my 2 year olds nap. It is not complicated, I only needed help at one point and that was attaching the top and bottom sections (needs a degree of precision lining up the dowels and screws). Other than that, assembly and placement is a one person job. Comes with hardware to prevent tipping.
My only negative is that it doesn’t come with wood glue. This product uses a lot of wooden dowels, I ended up buying some wood glue for this.
Overall for what is on the market in this style of pantry (2 cabinets with drawer combo) this was a good price for what I got. Others makes and models are higher priced and maybe better quality or a different color or veneer but with quality and budget in mind this was a good deal at the price I paid.
I added child safety locks on the cabinets and on the latch on the drawer as well, which is why the drawer sticks out a fraction of an inch in the photo. I could fix the lip by attaching a thin strip of wood to the inside of the drawer. I haven’t decided if it’s worth the effort or not.
I am obsessed with this pantry. I moved into a smaller apartment and quickly realized I didn't have enough storage space for my food items. I found this pantry and was a little skeptical because it was relatively inexpensive. However, I am so happy with this purchase. It is sturdy, holds so much and was pretty easy to assemble. It took two of us just under 2 hours to put it together. I would think that 2 people are necessary, just because the pieces are too big to hold and screw in at the same time. But other than that, the pieces were clearly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. They are standard instructions with very few words, but the pictures make it easy to move from step to step. It turned out great and I would recommend this piece to anyone. I would buy another one if I had the space!
I have a small kitchen with little cupboard space and although my pantry is fairly large I still needed more storage space. This fit perfectly in my dining room and is a very nice looking cabinet. Putting together was a snap, ( my husband put it together and I didn't hear any cussing or throwing of any tools.) The only minor hiccup was the magnets they use to hold the doors shut. They require to be screwed in and don't really hold all that well. I will probably buy a couple small magnets and glue them to the door. Fast shipping.
This was well packaged and having put together numerous furniture items, this quality is compared to IKEA type furniture which I think is a step above getting furniture at walmart or other similar places. It took me about 3 hours to put this together by myself, it included 2 straps for safety against the wall. Make sure you look at both sides of the wood pieces, as one side may have just a very small nail hole you will need at a later step and you could have to back track if you have this board flipped. and they dont tell you that on the fly as the step by step pictures are easy to follow and the screw bags are all labeled as to which ones you need, but both sides are they same except for a very minor hole you might not see so just watch for that. Other than that the one thing you might also want to know is that there is a chemical smell and you will want to air this out a while after putting it together, or take all pieces out of box and let them air out somewhere before hand? You will want to have a small electric screw gun to save you alot of time. I was also surprised at how thick and sturdy the top cove and bottom pieces were. For 350 bucks, this is a good deal. If you want something better, you'd pay 1,000 at a furniture store and then you would get an even higher quality. Or you could spend 129 at Target and go with that lower quality. So I would call this mid grade quality.

This is a solid beautiful pantry. Quite heavy, no scratches or dings. It was easy to put together because the directions were clear (pictures) but it was time consuming.
It hold a huge amount of food and the shelves show no sign of sagging, but I have boxed goods in the middle and cans and bottles on the sides where there is more support. I want to buy more, but can't find it right now on Amazon except in black. When it comes in white again I want two more for linen closets in the bathroom.
This cabinet comes in 2 boxes. I liked this because it was easier to move it up stairs to assemble it. I'm using it for storage. It was relatively easy to assemble. There's 20 steps in the instructions. Took me about an hour and 45 minutes to completely put it together. I did it by myself with little trouble (hanging the doors were the toughest parts by myself). Overall I love the cabinet. It seems like it will last a long time and it looks really good.

Reasonably priced and sturdy. Fits right into a narrow nook by the door without loosing too much floor space. Yes it is MDF and the doors are a little flimsy, but it really added to my storage space. Looks good for the price.
The color is a little too white, so that it seems artificial. However, extremely good value to give our kitchen more shelf and storage space. The doors and drawers are not very substantial or sturdy in feel, but again, can't complain considering its value. The material is compressed wood, although I don't know much about the differences to tell you what kind of compressed wood. I don't think anyone can provide real wood or even ply at this price point anyway. Looks great and I bought two!
