I am impressed at the sturdiness and durability of this product. It's balanced well, I'm not worried about the rack slipping or falling. It would be easier to use if the hooks weren't so close, the mugs are crammed in. But, overall, it does what it needs to do and keeps the mugs off the counter or out of the cabinet. The cabinet door has ease of closing because it's not too thick. It takes up a minimal amount of space.
I put this on a shelf in my closet and use it to hang necklaces. It's out of the way, but I can access them quickly and easily.
Really sturdy. It'll only fit 5-6 larger mugs. It's exactly what I was looking for to free up cabinet space. The brown one has a flat front piece compared to the silver one, which is what I prefer.
Finally I found hooks directed forward! It is more comfortable than others (at least for me). Durable enough

My only complaint ia that it didnt fit on my cabinets. I had to improvise.
