This comes with 7 dividers, a sliding base, and 6 grippers. To assemble, choose a size by sliding the base apart until desired size is reached where the side holes match up on both pieces. The sliding pieces can come apart, so don't pull apart too far. Squeeze divider into place near middle into base side holes to keep it from sliding apart. Install other dividers in desired locations. To install grippers, find slit on gripper, pull gripper open and place over bottom bar on base. The slit on the grippers are almost invisible. I have my unit in the smallest setting. I needed an adjustable rack, because my board thicknesses vary quite a bit and this worked perfectly. The best parts is that my super heavy Tamarind chop block no longer rolls away from me when I try to choose a board. Overall, I am glad with this purchase.

The divider fit good in my small cabinet. It was easy to assemble. However, the dividers were not as sturdy as I would have liked. They tend to wobble a bit. Overall this is a good product and serves the purpose intended.
Overall, good product. The adjustable tabs are super helpful when some pots are bigger then others. Very easy to assemble and readjust as you organize.

this is great, I love that you can adjust it to fit different sizes, much better than having pans stocked on top of each other. the only small issue is that I wish it had more dividers.
