These shelves will make your marriage stronger or lead to divorce. The shelves are cute when hung but the massive anchor screws were not fun to use, they just obliterated the drywall negating any anchoring purpose they would have had. It took some mcgivering to get them in securely. The other issue I had was with the brackets on the back of the shelves. if the brackets are at all uneven your shelf will be slightly uneven, and after the issue with the drywall and getting the anchor screws perfectly level...... i was in no place to be fixing the brackets on the back of the shelves too. If you don’t have ocd you’ll love these shelves, but getting it perfectly 100% level wasn’t possible, we got them about 98% level so unless you’re really inspecting them they look fine.
These shelves are absolutely perfect for my hair products in my bathroom. It declutters the counter, giving you ample space. I will probably reorder them again for something else I’m sure! If I could give 10 stars I would. Shipping was fast as well. Very happy customer!!!
Good product for the price. Probably can't hold a ton of weight but they fit about 5 books on each shelf. I liked that they had the small railing in the front so didn't have to worry about books easily falling out. Didn't require any assembly so that was a plus.
What can be so brilliant about a shelf design - great method to ensure the screws are in the right place!
The shelf attaches with 2 keyhole mounts. Typically, there is either a measurement or a pattern to trace to provide the proper spacing. With this shelf, included is a small level, a set screw in each keyhole mount, and a hex-key wrench to adjust the set screw. (Check the attached photo where on the right side a set screw is visible and on the left, there is a hex-key inserted in the other set screw.)
Simply turn the two set screws out so that they protrude from the mount, place the shelf in the position you want (using the level to ensure it is level), and press the shelf against the wall. The set screws leave a small dimple where the two mounting screws should be placed. Leave the mounting screws with 2 mm of space between the head and the wall and the shelf slips over them for solid support. (Don't forget to turn the set screws back into the bracket so they don't protrude anymore).
The instructions are in moderately decent English, it took me a couple of reads to figure out what the set screw was for.
The kit also includes wall-board anchors. Requires only a screwdriver to install, though I chose to drill pilot holes and also to check for stud locations.
One down side - the screws are on about 15.25 inch centers, which makes it tough to screw both sides into a stud (unless you can manage to be 3/8" in from the inner edge on both studs). Not that this tiny shelf needs to be supported on a stud, but it is nice to be able to have smaller holes.
I LOVE these. I’ve never seen shelves that were so incredibly easy to install (especially with anchors). It even came with tiny screws and a level for installation so it lines it all up for you. I just pressed the shelves on the wall where I wanted them and it marked the wall perfectly. They are so durable and don’t move at all. This was important because I am using them as shelves for groceries in my 3 year olds playroom. Can’t say enough good things about them!

These are PERFECT! Took 10 minutes to hang all 4. We did not use the spreading plastic anchors that come with the screws. We have these shelves filled with books and only used the screws themselves. Seems to have a great hold. Love these!!
This is by far the easiest item I have installed in a long time.
They really did think of everything! The shelves come with these tiny screws that they provide a small allen wrench so you can make them "stick out" away from the back of the shelves; this is important when you are attempting to hang them up as you just press the shelf into the wall and the screws make small dents on the wall so you know where to screw in the anchors! They supply good quality metal anchors with long screws for secure attaching to the wall. They even include a tiny level to make sure your shelves are just right. It took me about 5 minutes to install, all I needed was a generic size Phillips head screwdriver and BAM bathroom shelving done!
I shopped around a lot before deciding on these. I am so happy with this purchase. I have them in my bathroom. Each of the children have their own shelf and it has been a lifesaver. It fits toothbrush (in holder), mouthwash, deodorant, toothpaste, qtips, floss, etc. It's great for my 9 year old because he knows he is supposed to use each item on his shelf at morning and night. My teen daughter is no longer "grossed out" by her brother's items near hers. I installed them in a couple mins, they are sturdy, and look nice. Easy to clean.
so much nicer in person! i feared, when i looked at the picture a second time, that they were plastic or fake wood ... THEY'RE NOT! they are light but solidly built and come with the screws and anchors to hang them as well as simple, easy to read, instructions. while they are shown being used in a children's room, I'm using mine in the bathroom, on the wall, to hold all those little things that are either too big to fit in the medicine cabinet, or i use too often to get in and out and in and out, all the time. it was so worth the price! my only regret? WHY DIDN'T I BUY THEM SOONER!
Love these shelves in our baby's nursery! They were inexpensive and the very slight imperfections in the paint were not a problem for me (and I am particular about that kind of stuff!). I was worried about hanging them based on reviews. But, they must have improved the product because they came with the BEST hardware! Nice anchors, screws, and even an awesome level. One shelf didn't feel as stable (we screwed the anchors into the wall too far) so I added a little "quake putty" on the back and now it's firmly on the wall. They are great for light weight books!
