I purchased the 'flat brushed narrow' hooks and they are perfect for hanging things from my pot rack. The flat design means utensils don't sway side to side as much when disturbed. One end has a larger opening than the other so they should be able to fit any rack or utensils you have. Very pleased with this purchase.
Good strong hooks that I used to hang up my pots and pans, leaving a lot of extra cupboard space. They didn't hang the way I wanted them to hang, so I put them in a vise and a simple turn with a pair of channel locks gave then a 90 degree turn. It looks like you will have to turn your head 90 degrees to see the picture correctly. I anchored the shelf securely to the wall and used 1/2" black pipe fittings and painted them red for the bar to hang them from. Love how well those hooks work,
I used these to hang rib racks in my Charbroil Big Easy and they worked great! Simple solution to hanging full rib racks and not breaking the bank to make it happen. They are also very strong so you could use them for a lot of applications.
Why did I wait so long to get these?!?! We have a utility shelf in our kitchen due to lack of decent cabinet space and have been looking for better ways to store our pans. THESE ARE IT. We have every single skillet (we do not own cast iron yet so cannot speak to that) hanging on the shelf now by these and I love them. I don't even cook that much and I love the ease of them! I was having to try to fit too many utensils, some with thick handles, onto the small hooks that I got with my wall mounted rack. These are longer so I can stagger the utensils and not have them fall off all the time. Good purchase~~

Used in the kitchen
Was SUPER hoping I could use it on my metal wardrobing system: alas they do not fit to hang on the metal clothing rod.
Obviously the can fit on the metal spacing on the racks, but not the main rod.
Sadness.
These hooks perform as expected. They are thinner than other hooks, but I am not hanging anything heavy. I use them to hand sausage that I cure. I took off one star as the ends are fairly sharp and can pierce the sausage casing. I would also imagine that the sharp ends could scratch something metal you would hang, but I haven't checked.
Just what I wanted for my pot rack. Now I can hang these around the edges of the rack and the light shines thru to the cooking surface!
