Great lid holder, highly recommended for organization. A couple things to note:
1) The holders are designed to also accommodate lids with handles (as opposed to knobs only like most lid racks of this type). However, if the pot handles are narrower, the lids have a tendency to drop down into the knob holder on one side of the handle - I just place the lids in that lower position diagonally such that they don't slip down and startle you when you're retrieving another lid.
2) There is an extra bar at the top of each of the racks for which the intended purpose is not clear but I have found they can serve to hold a very flat lid in addition to the others. Therefore if you use it in this way, the racks can hold up to 6 rounded top lids plus 2 flat lids.
We have very little room in our small kitchen and so decided to mount these on the end of the wall cabinet. We mounted the set one above the other. Our lids are the strap type and the fact that these racks hold either the button type or the strap type is an advantage. We are able to get four lids on each rack for a total of eight lids, which is perfect.
Installation notes: The package comes with small 1" long pan head screws and plastic hollow wall anchors. If you are screwing these into typical frame and panel type doors with the very thin 1/8" panel, you will have to be very careful not to screw through the door. This means measuring carefully and probably going to the hardware store for some shorter screws. If you are mounting on a wall (drywall), I would advise getting some better hollow wall anchors than the ones furnished.
I have used only one of the two holders that were sent. The quality of wire chrome holders is superb. It was easy to mount on the cabinet door. Make sure there is room inside for the door to close. And guess what. The one holder is actually holding five (5) lids!
When we received these lid holders we thought they really weren't going to work with handled lids, so we started looking for something else. When there wasn't much else to choose from (it seems every thing was for knob lids), we got them out of the box and tried them again. After configuring the lids all around it seemed the smaller lids worked better for the top and the larger ones for the bottom. We then mounted them to our kitchen wall and I included a picture but it looks like it's upside down! So all in all, we like the holders, they are very sturdy, were easy to mount on the wall, and we loved the price. Glad we decided to give them another chance.
Worked perfect on the inside of our cabinet.

Description
SimpleHouseware 2PK Wall Mount Pot Lid Rack, Chrome
After reading reviews, starting with the 1 star reviews first, I already knew they would not fit in the door in the cabinet, so I placed the on the sides of the cabinet above the sink, which is perfect cuz I can wash and hang them up no problem.
Most of the bad reviews were people that either can't read or chose not to read the bad reviews first, some lids won't fit as well as others, I do not own any weird balloon animal shaped lids, but the bars are easily bendable to adjust them to hold various lid sizes or even smaller cooking sheets. Even though this says it holds 3 lids per rack, it can hold twice that.
I have many lids for pans that are flat and I got 3 of those in 1 shelf of the rack, there is also a bar in the top back of the rack that allows for an extra lid or baking sheet.
After reading all the bad reviews, I bought 2 sets of these, they work better than I expected .

I looked at several different styles of models before I selected this one. I like it because it doesn't take up a lot of space. There are two racks and you can put them side-by-side, or one above the other, or in two different locations like one on the wall and one on a cupboard door. The organization that it brings is wonderful. Previously, my lids were stationed behind the pots, standing up on an edge, trying to keep them out of the way so I could nest my pots and gain more storage space with this strategy. But every time I took a pot out, whether I needed the lid or not, they came tumbling down, making all sorts of noise, and in general being a nuisance. Now all of the lids are in the racks, up out of the way but highly accessible. Oh, and I don't have to sort through the lids any more trying to find the correct size for the pot I was about to use. These racks are very useful and helpful.
Product is sturdy and does hold the lids in place. I put the largest lid I had on top to measure clearance before I drilled the holes. The sturdiness of the product allows the doors to open/close without any movement or rattling.
4 stars because the design doesn't allow the lids to sit quite as snugly as I'd prefer. Still a good solution for getting rid of the clutter of lids interspersed with the pots and pans.
The product did arrive with the hardware bag opened. Two of the screws were missing (should have been 6) and the rest were rolling around in the box. But that's on Amazon since they're the ones that packed it. So, I'm not holding that against the seller. Not a huge deal anyway. Got a small bag of #8 x 5/8 screws for a little over a buck from the hardware store. A little bit of a pain but still better than taking the time to return it.
Rack holds all of my glass lids perfectly. There is ample space when using some of your smaller lids to "double up" so I am able to hold all of them between the 2 racks. I have 8 lids of varying sizes, from one for a gigantic frying pan, to a tiny saucepan. My lids have the arch style metal bracket (similar to the ones they show here with the orange handle). I finally have a proper space to keep all the lids organized without them sliding all over the cabinet every time I try to grab out just one!
The on my thing I would change about these is to offer a color that is not chrome. They are really solid. More than I expected as I had wanted to bend a but to fit a thicker lid but it wouldn't budge. They fit perfectly on the sides of my cabinets and my husband had no problem installing. I can't say whether he used the fasteners sent but know it is solid!
Cleared up my jumble of lids and are easy to reach quickly.
