Love the quality and depth of this drawer. Very sturdy and fits 16" deep pantry shelves perfectly. Drawers pull on ball bearings so very easy to use and installation was a breeze. The actual product deserves 6 stars (if 6 were available) but I gave it 4 because I was sorely disappointed in the seller. I started out with one just to make sure it would work and less than one week after ordering my first one, I went to order several more only to find that the price had gone up by $7.00 - that is a huge hike so it makes me leery of the seller. Seems like price gouging to me. I did ask the seller to explain the drastic price hike but never received an answer - not even an acknowledgement. So.... the product works great, fits the shorter shelving perfectly, is high quality and easy to install. Seller left a bad taste.
