Let’s be clear, this IS a great product and company.
For anyone confused on why you’re product is slanting or for those that have seen the review pictures and are leaning towards not buying it.. you have the product on backwards. I attached a picture and circled the piece of metal that should be facing towards the wall. I originally placed it the wrong way myself because, yes it looks like those are for hanging shavers, etc. but they are not ! When I did that, my shelf did indeed slant like others have stated, but I realized in the video it was facing the other way, so once I switched it.. VOILA!!
The directions are easy, you stick the suction cup on first lining up to where the shelf should be, place the first part onto suction cup(make sure the little indent is near the bottom of the circle) then line up the top of the shelf so the top metal bar is inside the indent, and screw on the top! I screwed it on pretty tightly(much more than 7 times) then I let it sit.. later, as it says 2 hours, I was able to turn it quite a few more times. For anyone that thinks this is a long time, this is to ensure your stuff won’t fall, and personally I don’t want my things falling and any air that may have creeped in will be sealed out after those final twists. It fits so much of my stuff, my very heavy full products are there now haven’t budged.
PS when I first opened it one of my cats took one of the pieces and hid it, classic kitty move, the company sent me two free suction cups and attaching pieces immediately! :) thank you!
It’s been about a month now and going strong
I feel like I have tried a million things to keep my shower organized over the years. From shower caddies in and outside of the shower, to every organizer I could find. I really, really love these ones!
First, the capacity- multiple people and products in the shower require some major space. This organizer provides the space to hold ridiculous amount of shampoo and products. I was shocked when everything we had fit on it and we have a lot of room to spare. Massive size shampoo with pumps fit sideways!
Second, the insulation- it is really easy if you follow the directions. I was really worried about them falling or being difficult to install, but it is really, really simple.
Third, the quality- I have had this for about a month. It has not fallen, tilted or become dirty looking yet. It is still as shiny as the day it was installed. I shouldn't be shocked about this but I have used a million other organizers and most of the caddies fall or tilt if repeatedly used or bumped.
So, you tighten these caddies twice; once on initial installation, and again after 2 hours. In total, my husband cranked them 20 times. I have included a photo of the back support that is built into the caddy design and that is helpful in being sure you don't attempt to hang them on the wall backward. There are 2 caddies included in the order, at least that's how my order was, and one has 4 hooks on the front while the other does not. I do not have these overstuffed with bottles and things because clutter is maddening to me, but you could fit large- sized bottles of shampoos/conditioners and body washes in these caddies. We have many shower-ers each day and our caddies have been up for 2 weeks now and have not budged a bit. We have ours hanging on ceramic tile.
It fits all my products for my shower. At first one side kept coming off and I even tried putting nothing in that side but it’ll still slip. Then I just had to clean the suction cup itself, the wall and everything with soap and dry it clean and finally it was good- only one side though. But overall it’s very good and sturdy.
I have one with the smaller items at arms reach. My giant bottles of shampoo with the pump I really didn't want to test, I rested on the edge of the tub so I can't tell you how those would do. I mean they are big, plus I push down on them. I still LOVE the baskets. Only one of them has the hooks to hang things on. That's ok. So nice not to have things falling in the tub, or having to bend over to pick up stuff to use. Hangs my razor to dry nicely. put up two months ago and they have not fallen. John's wife.

Easy to install and attaches firmly. It is an adhesive mount not a suction mount and feels like it’s going to stay put for a few years. Looks good.
The installation instructions were not clear and trying to get my question answered was futile. Think old Abbot and Costello routine -yikes! It would have been funny if I were watching someone else do it. But I was able to figure it out eventually. The product itself works fine. And Sanno - if you want help re-writing the instructions so they make sense in American: I’m available for a reasonable fee.
This shower caddy was very easy to setup. No tools needed and does not rely on suction cups which in my experience fall periodically. This caddy easily holds my essential shower items and razor.
I’ll admit I bought this products with skepticism. I honestly did not think it would work as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this product was to install, and how well it has held up. My wife puts a massive bar of soap in the dish plus I keep my razor hanging on it and it’s not budging. I’ve had it for over a month now and it’s still going strong.
This was just the kind of shower caddy I was looking for. Easy to install. Sanno followed up with more detailed instructions by email. They clarified the most important point, that is, the surface you are mounting the racks to must be nonporous and clean. The suction on the pads is quite strong and hopefully will last a long time.
