We received this beautiful lazy Susan as a wedding gift. It's a great size and gorgeous bit like everyone says, it had scratches in it. Very sad.
So, I bought this for my office. Since I work from home and I also use my office as an overflow spare room with a futon.
I use the monitor as a back up and just have it open to Netflix and when talking about getting a TV for this spare room, I had a brilliant thought...why? Why not spend $10-$15 for a lazy Suzan instead of $100+ for a tv that I personally don't need in there anyways?
Let me tell you, it is WAY bigger than I thought (for some reason I thought it was the smaller one and not the 18 inch one.)
1. It feels STURDY- like i mean it feels sturdy and heavy.
2. It looks AMAZING-my family member who knows a good piece was there when i opened it up. She fell in love. She was AMAZED at how nice it was.
3. The price is UNBEATABLE- I'd have to go back and look but i barely paid $15 for this amazing thing.
If somebody talks about how they want a lazy susan, get this one. It is a beautiful piece. i am going to get a smaller one of this for my dining table and a third for my coffee corner!
As of right now, i can't tell you fully on how it holds up to a good cleaning because all i have to do is dust it off.
This is by far my favorite investment I have made in upgrading my office yet!
This is the way to frost and serve a large cake. That is what I ordered it for - my daughter's wedding cake. It is outstanding. Mine looks pretty much like the stock photograph - nice color in the wood, nice finish. Good for family dining, crafting, pantry organization. Everything about this item suits me right down to the ground. I would absolutely order it again and it's nice enough for a gift. How often does one find a really nice wedding or shower gift at such a price? I recommend this product without reservation.
I have had this for a few months now. It is balanced, well made and a beautiful grain. It cleans well, if you follow ‘chef’ rules for cutting boards(do not use super hot water or soap). I use lemon and salt when needed. I use a light natural fat to coat it, wiping off with a cloth when done. Everyone at a 6 place setting rectangle table can reach it. I have not dropped or misused mine, so I can’t speak for extended durability. It has not developed cracks or warping- got it in winter so air was very dry while using the fireplace, and its over 80 degrees now with for 2 weeks(I have not turned ona/c or a dehumidifier). I live over a river.
You won't believe what I use this for. I have a huge Vornado fan in my hot little apartment. I face it towards me in the day when I'm working on the computer and at night when I want a breeze. I was picking up the fan and turning it. Then I got this.... simple, elegant and large enough to accommodate the fan! I love this thing! Real wood, low profile! Thank you so much!

I assumed from the reviews this would be a crap lazy susan. And it is! The rotating portion has rusted ball bearings that are ungreased and don’t roll, and just dig into the wood as it spins.
But I did not buy this to be a lazy susan. I bought it to remove the under spinning section (1 screw) so I could have an 18” pizza cutting board for less than half the price I could find elsewhere on Amazon. 👍🏻
Sand the protective coating off, oil it like any wood cutting board, and we’re good to go. Now no matter how large a pizza we get: I have a large enough board to cut it on.
The finish is nice, we made crafts out of them for christmas presents. As others have stated, packaging isn't robust enough and they get squished. CUsing the bearings to dent the bottom, making it rotate horribly. I purchased 3 of them, all have the same issue. One, the screw loosens up, had to clean up the hole and apply a little white glue to help hold the screw so the base don't keep coming off. The crafts came out nice, might but these again, might look for other options though if I'm looking for them to actually spin nice.
I am using an antique wine bottle dryer which is quite heavy and stacking ribbons on it. This turntable supports it no problems and turns smoothly.
I purchased this lazy susan for my wife, as she's always wanted one. I never could understand her desire to own a lazy susan. Now that we have it as a centerpiece of our kitchen table... I now understand why she wanted one. The lazy susan is well made, and we keep our table essentials on it (i.e. Salt, Pepper, Paper Towel).
Sturdt & converted well to use as a steering wheel table in our RV! We enjoy it & it adds a little touch of country to our rig. We do still use one on our island at home as well & would recommend if you are in the need.
