Reviews here seem to talk about different items. This review is for InterDesign Covered Egg Holder - Refrigerator Storage Container, 14 Egg Tray, Clear. I got it as an add on so my price was a bit lower but, the plastic is so hard that you have to place the eggs in carefully or they'll crack. It is also such a tight fit that the end eggs have to be removed carefully or after you've removed the ones before so you can have enough room for your fingers to slip in and pull them out. I've also noticed that the jumbo and extra large eggs don't sit all the way in and just barely touch the lid top. Otherwise it's an okay item in my book. I won't go out and buy more.

I absolutely Love this product! It not only holds 14 Large eggs, but it holds extra Large eggs as well, which is good
since my chickens lay different sized eggs.
It's sturdy durable, and fits nicely in my refrigerator, and looks so much nicer than the egg cartons from the store.
I am very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend it.

I love these trays and can't imagine not having them now. We have our own chickens so we were looking for something that could hold everything from small to very large eggs. We have two and they stack perfectly onto one another on a shallow shelf in our fridge. The bonus is that the clear case makes it easy to see exactly how many eggs we have whenever we open the fridge. They do take up a bit more room than the disposable style, but the length is better in my opinion since it utilized the full depth of the shelf. They are extremely durable. We use them inside our cooler when we go camping and we never have to worry about broken eggs.

One bit of warning: do not put them in the dishwasher. We made that mistake and it was so warped that we had to throw it away. The only other downside is that some smaller sized eggs with smooth shells are a bit difficult to get out with your fingers. I have found that wetting my finger just a bit helps, so not a big deal for me.

Clear plastic. Sturdy. I bought it to replace one from Fridge Binz which I accidentally warped in the dishwasher. This one is also NOT dishwasher safe, but of similar high quality. The rounded edges of the InterDesign model make it a little harder to get the edges out then the rectangular one by Fridge Binz, but this one cost about five dollars less than the other on Amazon. My fridge shelf is not very tall so I tend to use this container without the cover so i can just slide i out as far as needed and remove the eggs I need. If I left the cover on, I would have to remove the whole container, take off the cover and set it somewhere, remove the eggs. replace the cover and then put the whole thing back in the fridge. I also have the 21 egg holder from Fridge Binz which is great to hold extra eggs (we use a lot of eggs), and my five-year-old son loves transferring them from the store carton to these.

Item was received on time and in excellent condition!
This item was as described. I selected this item for its perceived value and quality. After receipt, I can confirm that this was a wise purchase decision. I would purchase this again. I would definitely recommend this item.

First of all, let me just say that I am an InterDesign Fridge and Freezer Binz junkee. Can't help myself...I love it all. I also have their all-purpose storage binz too. What can I say? These products are wonderful. They are sturdy, see-through plastic of the highest quality. They easily slide in and out of the fridge. They keep your fridge and freezer well organized and great looking. Like one of the other reviewers said, "It's life changing."

Today I received my much-anticipated egg carton. It is beautiful. I had absolutely no problem placing and removing my eggs into the egg compartments. Although the lid does not snap on, it stays in place for me and I can stack other food products on top of it without fear of breakage. True, it doesn't fit on my refrigerator door but I store my eggs on the bottom shelf anyway, and it fits just fine.

Now here's something I want to make perfectly clear: THE PACKAGING CLEARLY SAYS, "HAND WASH WITH MILD DETERGENT AND WATER; DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER." So for all customers who are complaining that their egg cartons melted in the dishwasher, your packaging forewarns you. Besides, I personally don't see what the big deal is about hand-washing your carton in warm sudsy water.

I am so darn pleased with InterDesign's Binz. I would recommend them to everyone. Pricing is pretty good on Amazon.com and if you have Amazon Prime, you'll get it in two days.

I absolutely love these egg containers. They hold 14 in each and stack in the refrigerator well taking up less space. They will be good for taking camping, also. Only trouble my husband and I have is trying to get them out one by one. He dropped a penny in the egg hole to raise them up and that helps. Otherwise, I love them.

First, I must decry the current age where you spend $2000 for a refrigerator, and the manufacturer is too cheap to provide an egg holder and butter dish - as they routinely did- back in the day.

As for this product, it is well made. Solid, clear, and has a nice lid. It does a wonderful job of -HOLDING EGGS. What a technological marvel! 14 eggs, each with a nice depression to nestle their little shells.
Snark aside, I have an LG 29 cubic ft refrigerator with a pull out tray, and this fits in nicely.

It is a nice product, but really - $15 for a piece of molded plastic! It ain't a computer flash drive type technology, but try to store eggs in your flash drive. I guess the manufacturer know you will hold on to this like a family keepsake to pass on generation to generation, and they want their profit up front.

I got this for duck eggs but, alas, most of the eggs don't fit because they are too fat to sit in the egg wells, thus keeping the lid from closing. But for chicken eggs this works perfectly! I haven't tried jumbo chicken eggs, but I think, for the most part, they will fit. This would be perfect for fridges so you can stack your eggs without worry of the carton somehow getting smooshed.

Also would be a good egg transport for Easter! You could be showing off your fancily dyed eggs before people even have to find them!

Very "pretty" egg tray! I was on the verge of sending this item back, because I found it almost impossible to get eggs out of it. I went back and read more of the reviews, and found a few that say - put the big end of the egg facing up. Doing that makes it much easier to get the eggs out, and I haven't had any difficulty since! The tray does an awesome job of protecting the eggs. My fridge doesn't have a dairy/egg bin, which is why I wanted an egg container...and this works perfectly!
