While I suppose most folks would be buying this for a more "inside the house" type of use, my purpose was for my workshop. I needed something solid that could be mounted within reach but up out of the way. This product was perfect for the job.
All metal, strong, and with a no frills minimalist design. Others have commented that the screws provided were not good enough, but I found them to be adequate. To be fair, the heads seemed a bit shallowly cut, and could probably strip out if one were not careful. Of course, you can always substitute a couple screws more to your liking if you have trouble.

This is how paper towel rolls should be hung in everyone's kitchen! Why did I waste so many years with the upright stick that takes up counter space? I'm a new man. I see the world with a whole different perspective now.
I’m using this as a space saving idea under our kitchen sink for garbage bags! I love that we can detach it from the base that’s screwed into the wood, refill the arm with the garbage bags, & then put it back under the sink. It’s so easy to pull off one bag at a time since the roll of bags rests against the cabinet wall & the arm moves as the bags are depleted. I LOVE that have created more space under my sink which I desperately needed, and other than the fact that it was tight quarters under our sink, I had no trouble installing it. The screws and anchors included with this product are fantastic. I mounted into a nice solid piece of wood with one screw, and had to utilize the anchor for the other, but that puppy is not going anywhere. We’ve been using this for over a month now, and while I’m the one who did all the work for this project, and my husband handles garbage duties, he can’t stop marveling at how much easier his job is.
I bought this mainly for the reviews. I wasn't looking for a bronze one, I just wanted one that worked for most people. And I wanted one one that I could mount either on a wall or on the underside of a cabinet. I ended up mounting it to the underside of my cabinet, where the cabinet meets the wall. Not much of it is visible, but what is is attractive. With a roll of paper towel loaded, there is enough weight against the wall to zip off a single sheet single-handedly. I've had to practice my technique a bit, but most of the time one hand works. I'm very satisfied with it.
I am very pleased with the timely delivery of this paper towel holder as well as the quality of the item. The past two paper towel holders that I have purchased do not accommodate the larger rolls of paper towels which has me leaving the towels on the kitchen counter cluttering up the limited kitchen space. Also the simple design of the holder makes replacing the roll simple so that even grandpa takes the initiative to place a new roll on the holder. Thank you for making my life a little easier!

To be honest I got these because it was in the color I wanted for my laundry room and also because the price was right. I got two for my laundry room, one for my hand towel and one for my paper towels. Easy to install and keeps paper towels in place when you need to pull one out.
I didn't even mount this properly because I didn't want to screw into my cabinets, so I got heavy duty hook and loop velcrow sticky pads. it works just fine! I guess because it's not too heavy. It's been like that for about... 2 months now, so if you're worried about screwing it in, just look into those heavy duty hook and loop strips. I have a little qualm with being unable to rip my paper towels with one hand when my other one is icky, but I'd rather just use two hands than to have a standing one on my counter. this way saves space.
Awesome and easy to install. Multi-way (either cabinet under mount or wall mount) looks super industrial. Totally takes your drab run-of-the-paper-mill (see what I did there) and transforms it into this industrial display that’s easy on the eyes. There is nothing I’d rather do that continuously roll out that bounty to wipe up the countless messes my daughter creates for me. I’m starting to think my family is purposely making messes just to watch me aggressively grab for a sheet of paper towel and yank it half way across the room. This puppy ain’t budgin’. 5 stars, would purchase again.
Simple elegance. I love the way it gets the paper towels off the counter. Adds to the functionality of my kitchen. Sturdy and well made...good buy!!!
This was installed under the cabinet, and is perfect! We did learn to put the paper towel roll on with the loose paper in, or the holder pulls up and out. The bronze finish is also perfect! It matches the sink faucet and cabinet pulls like they were all made together. It frees up counterspace and eliminates running a roll of paper with a spill. Love it!
