Simple installation (as long as you read the installation information here in the product description, since it didn't come with instructions in the package). The specs say to use 5-6mm drill bit, so a 13/64" worked perfectly for us. My wife wanted something to display her new Fiesta utensil set, so she's happy with the pops of color this allowed her to add to the wall above the countertop. Looks great.
This is a great place to hang necklaces because the hooks slide back and forth - and you can add as many hooks as you want. I have 18 hooks on mine.
Installation is fairly simple- though allen wrenches always try my patience. Once installed it looks great in my kitchen. Now my measuring cups, spoons, and other items are easily reached.
It installed easy and it holds stuff off the counter top...like it said it would.....

Installation
*Need to be fixed with screws,Recommended use 5~6mm drilling bit to make holes.
1. Make sure the positions of the two holes on the wall and drill holes.
2. Tap the plastic dowels into the wall.
3. Remove the base with screw arbor and then Install it on the wall.
4. Insert the two bolts into its holes and turn the bolts tight. (Please leave 1mm gap between the screw head and base for the installation of decorative cap)
Preservation:
Please wipe the surface with a dry cloth to clean to keep clean and do not use chemical detergent.

This thing is great. I did end up losing a couple of set screws, wish it shipped with extras. They are M3 size if anyone is wondering. I like this so much I ordered another one. Great product.
