I love these. Only one complaint... the title says 3X9x2... but that’s not the real measurements. The real measurements are given in the details... 3.2x9.8 That 9 if they are going to Round should have been a 10... doh! My bad. I had to return one set because 1 was cracked but it worked out in the end, because I couldn’t fit the 4th set in anyways. My drawer is 19x19... when ordering I thought I could order 4 sets with room to spare! Not so much. Once again my bad... these do not lock together, but I’m prefer that. I used clear sticky pads to hold them in place in my drawer. In one of the pictures you can see my measurements of the drawer. I ended up with 9 and it works great! Now if it only could keep tract of the disappearing teaspoons in my house... :)
They're plastic containers. Not a really exciting product, but they appear to be durable and will serve my needs.

Just a bit short of fitting all my utensils, but overall a great organizers and easy to clean. I plan on purchasing more as needed.
