Yes, I do feel kind of stupid for buying a $50 dish drying rack. But do I love it? Also yes. This is the greatest dish rack I've ever had, and a huge step up from the awful plastic ones you can get at Target. Like everything Simplehuman sells, it is expertly designed with features that MAKE SENSE: a huge tray under the ENTIRE dish holder that is angled enough to let water actually drain; a separate spout that swivels independently of the tray that you can point any way you want; feet that raise it up off the counter so you can tell if any water spills out... They have seriously thought of everything, and I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about this dish rack. Yeah, it's $50, but you get a 5 year warranty from the seller and wont have to toss it in a year for breaking or being useless. Also it looks pretty cool sitting on the counter.
Excellent simplehuman quality. I have a small kitchen with minimal counter space. The extendable tray under the glass holders with the rotate-able spout is ingenious. I have a top mount acrylic sink with an elevated lip. My old dish rack had a flat rubber mat that I had to elevate in the back with a rolled dish towel to compensate for the lip so the water would drain into the sink. Even then the water would run along the edge and onto the counter top around the front of the sink. The simplehuman is elevated so that the spout empties directly into the sink without that mess. If you have minimal counter space this rack is the best.
I couldn't find a better looking, higher quality compact dish rack. The functionality is perfect for a kitchen sink that services just two people. The draining system is ingenious and no other company seems to have even considered how important that is. The product line of this company is always innovative and thoughtful.
I decided to splurge on this dish rack because my old one from Bed Bath & Beyond was rusting and would get rust on my clean dishes. I bought this Simple Human dish rack 4 months ago and have been using it daily. I'm pleased to say that after 4 months of daily use this Simple Human dish rack has still not rusted at all. The disk rack is of standard size (that's a 32 oz stockpot in the photos for reference). I also love the spigot feature which drips water into the sink. All in all, very pleased and worth the extra $$!
I am the first to admit it borders on silly how much I love this dishdrain. Because it is just a dishdrain... and yet... the fact that I can drain the water into the sink makes me so happy. My family thought I was crazy to spend this much money on something like this -- but it absolutely improves the cleanliness of my kitchen.
Plus, the metal pieces that hold the dishes are very strong. I have extremely heavy Calphalon pots and pans. They do not even remotely bend the metal holders at all.

Love the way it drains and does not take up a lot of counterspace.
This thing is small but Mighty! It holds so much. You can’t beat it for a small space! It looks great and drains really well!
We recently moved and our new kitchen has a corner sink which leaves little space for a normal sized dish rack to fit.
I looked at many different ones before settling on this one and I am SO happy to have found it. While compact, it still holds quite a bit and I really love the way the water draining feature is set up so it doesn’t pool and flows right back into your sink. I also like that it’s elevated so when I’m wiping down counters I don’t have to worry about lifting it to get under there.
Definitely a must have for anyone with limited counter space.
I've hand washed my dishes since I was little and I absolutely love this dish rack! Most designs just let the water sit on the bottom tray and you have to constantly scrub them since they lay completely flat. Not only does this look nice in my kitchen, but I like the two metal prongs that allow me to prop mugs upside down to dry. I recommend this product if you wash a lot of small rounds of dishes and have limited counter space.
Exactly as advertised. I have a deep sink and I was able to place at the bottom of the sink and it kept my counter clear. Recommend it highly.
