Like many of the people who gave this product a "1-star" review, one of the arms of my Fencher Bathroom Shelf did not attach to the rest of the product because the screw holes were too big. I contacted the seller via Amazon, and they got back to me the next day. There were no questions asked, they did not require me to return the item, but instead sent me three (3) replacements!
Albeit they said the replacements contained "factory defects" and that I could just use one of the arms with properly-sized holes for the original product, but the only defects in the replacements were that some of the "stickers" had come off and attached to the metal. It took about 10 seconds to rub off. Because each product comes with one extra sticker, I now have four complete sets (three of which are fully functional).
The product itself is exceptional. There are no suction cups, just a hook attached via an adhesive. The adhesive is perfect in that it is strong enough to withstand being in a shower, but not so strong that it will damage the bathroom tile when it is removed. While I was a frustrated when the original product had a defect, I have never had such excellent customer service.
1) the reason why I purchased this product: I didn't want the drilling job.
2) installation: easy even as a tiny girl. But 2-a) you may mark using a pen or something before you apply the stickers to the wall. I was nervous without marking. 2-b) If your tiles are smaller than 4 inch x 4 inch, this shelf is not for you. I barely made it. 2-c) You need to follow the instruction properly. I ended up unscrewing/re-screwing one screw to hang the shelf since I applied all the 4 stickers first without mounting the shelf and causing minor damages to stickers already applied.
3) customer service: I asked them for replacement stickers and they are sending them to me free of charge. excellent customer service.
4) design: sleek, clean looking.
5) quality: they are holding solid as you can see in the photo. Everything that used to be here and there on the floor of my shower tall is now organized.
I bought these shelves to put in my shower at a corner that is tile on one side and glass on the other. Previously I was limited to using a shelving system mounted on a tension rod, which - as expected, has it's problems. These shelves and their unique mounting system are the perfect solution for this! The only, and I do mean ONLY, caveat is that you must use a level in mounting the adhesive hooks. An easy, DIY, solution for those not deft with 'tools' is to make a template with cardboard. Regardless these shelves are worth the effort and their mounting system is virtually invisible!

Pros: Price and ease of install. Not plastic. No drilling. Handles required weight of items designed to hold. The suction cup and hook design is great for a very quick install that can be removed easily for anyone wanted to sell or for renters unable to drill holes.
No drilling and easy removal were the biggest factors for my purchase.
Cons: Would have given 5 stars with a couple improvements to the manufacturing steps.
Included in the pictures are the materials and instructions included in the shipping package.
-Package arrived very fast per amazon prime schedule.
-Product was not damaged and inside the box pictured and the box was inside a bubble wrap envelope.
-Shelves are protected from scratches by soft cotton bags.
-A large force on the package would certainly damage the shelves however the packaging was sufficient for normal dropping and handling by shippers.
Install was quick and easy with a normal Phillips head screwdriver, some rubbing alcohol, scissors, measuring tape and tweezers.
-4 screws used to secure the two rails to the shelf rails.
-Put the shelf up without the suction cups to pick a location that provides the best chance of the suction cups to stick to the smooth tile with the least chance of crossing grout lines. Then hold the cups up with the backing still on the suction cups to allow you to slide the shelf around while looking for the best spot.
-Clean the area with alcohol and let dry.
-Use a pencil to make very light marks where you suction cups will be placed being careful to ensure the shelves sit evenly on the hooks to prevent wobbling.
-Doing the top two cups first helped me easily do the bottom two with the top two now supporting the shelf so I could measure and mark bottoms.
-Use tweezers to remove the backing from the suction cups and avoid touching the sticky side. The backing was difficult for me to start removing without tweezers to get a corner started.
-Cut the least amount of suction cup material as possible with scissors before removing the backing to avoid crossing over grout lines.
-Let sit for 12 hours before placing items on the shelf
Notes:
-The screws look like they are stainless and the shelves are aluminum. Dissimilar metals cause corrosion, especially in wet environments. It would be best to use aluminum screws or screws coated with a protected film to reduce dissimilar metal contact.
-The screws are recessed screws designed to be inserted in a countersunk hole. The rails provide enough thickness to countersink the holes so that the top of the screw heads lie flush with the surface of the rail one installed. Having them stick out is awkward and a low profile smooth/rounded head screw would have been a better pick with no countersinks.
-If you tiles is less than 4 inches, the suction will not work very well with the grout lines letting air and water under the suction cups.

Very cool looking shelf, I did read reviews about the edges being sharp. I took 150 grit sandpaper and sanded the top and bottom of the edges and they came out smoother. Very easy to install on the shower walls, we have rounded corners in our shower so I bent the metal a bit and it fit like a glove in the corner. Very nice and light weight, gonna order another one!

I live in a rented apartment and my landlord specifically says No Drilling on the wall, but desperately need something to organize my messed up bathroom.

This is a great shower stall shelf unit particularly when you consider that no drilling is necessary for mounting, but the real challenge is marking the tiles for the self-adhesive hook pads. Here's a thought-how about providing a paper template that would simplify the process? Trying to hold the shelf and mark the tiles for 2, 3, or 4 different attachment points is difficult and accuracy in marking these points is critical for the unit to function and look the way it was intended. Other than that, the adhesive hook pads stick very well and the shelf unit is solid in supporting just about anything that you put on it. Time will tell if it holds up-so far, so good...
So I didn't read the part about "will not work on a rounded shower corner" until after I purchased. Well when it arrived and I put it together (which is super simple btw and does not require any instructions) I held it up to the corner of the shower and sure enough the metal corners in the back of the shelf were preventing the sides from laying flat against the shower wall. It was very wobbly and would not be able to be stuck to both walls simultaneously.
Because I didn't want it to go to waste, I resorted to bending the back corners of the shelf down. Super easy, did it with just my hands no problem. If you wanted it to look perfect you could probably cut the metal with some tin snippers very easily.
Even with my modification, it looks miles better than any other of the cheapo shower caddies out there.
I was pleasantly surprised that these work! I purchased 4 to put 2 in each bathroom to replace the pole shower caddies. Best choice I ever made! Looks much better than having a pole coming down from the ceiling! It holds and looks nice! My only complaint is it didn’t come with the adhesive hooks, which says they are a gift, but were not included so I had to purchase those separately on amazon.
I was getting tired of those other shower trays with the twist suction locks always falling down after a month or so. I was worried that this won't work since I have a more curved shower but the aluminum on this bent easily to fit, as long as you don't mind that and fit just fine. Wanted something that applied stickers since I was getting tired of the twist/suction cup holders. Tried this one and works great and can tell it is very durable and won't fall down. When I initially positioned it, one of the stickers wasn't positioned so I had a tough time peeling it off but reused the same sticker without washing or cleaning and is still sticking pretty good.
This product is sturdy and takes up a lot less room than the ones that have to have a pole from the tub to the ceiling. I had a problem with stickers coming off of the tile, but after I left a positive feedback indicating that, the seller sent me new stickers at no charge, I looked at what might have gone wrong and I realize that one of the stickers was on a ledge where the grout in the tile was, so when you hang the shelf:
1. make sure it is on a flat surface
2. make sure you read the included instructions
3. Clean the surface you apply it to and let it dry
4. Measure with the shelf the appropriate position of the stickers before you apply them.
If you follow the instructions it is a great shelf, and the seller is very easy to work with.
