Grayline 40231, Door or Wall Wrap Rack, White

I almost didn't buy this because of the first review with many comments. I frequently purchase the large size boxes of foil and plastic wrap, and need them to fit. However the price was good and I got free shipping, so I decided to try it out.

I did use drywall screws not included because I was concerned the small screws included would not hold into our drywall.

Now that it is installed it is very sturdy, and it was very easy to install. I used a screw driver after nailing a hole into the wall for the screw to go into.

I was able to fit 4 boxes with extra space; not enough for another box, but I could have had a bigger box of parchment paper.

The boxes included were a standard size parchment paper, standard size wax paper, large size foil, and large size plastic wrap. All fit well with at least another inch to spare. I was able to get a standard box of Glad storage bags to fit, but not the family size box, and with a little effort I could have smashed that box a bit to fit, but I purchased it to hold my different rolls. -pictures included, see customer images-

**You have 3.5inches of depth and 10.5inches of width for storage use. **

I will update with with how it has held up over time.

As of right now I feel for the money you spend this product is worth it.

These are great for under cabinet organization. I used them on my kitchen sink base cabinet doors. I used 3M Command hooks to hang them instead of drilling holes in my new cabinets.

Pros:
* Easy to install.
* Helps organize cabinets.

Cons:
* None

This rack holds several rolls of wrap on the inside of a cabinet door in the kitchen. However, the product specifications don't give any measurements. I would have liked it to be just a little wider to ensure the screw holes lined up with the thick part of the door. I had to install it on a narrower door than I had planned because the screws might have gone right through the door. It's a good product; just needs those measurements in the product specs so people know just what size rack they are getting.

It seemed silly to do so much research for a wrap rack, but I didn't see any reason to spend money on something that wasn't going to do the job, especially since our current solution was working (we had the rolls stuffed in a kitchen drawer, but needed the space). I buy the enormous box of Stretch Tite plastic wrap from Costco, and I was genuinely concerned that the box wouldn't fit in the rack, especially since some people were complaining about size. I did my measurements, compared them to the item, and clicked Submit Order with some nagging doubts. And yet the doubts were unfounded. This rack held not only my enormous box of Stretch Tite (about 3" x 3"), but also my foil, parchment paper, wax paper, and a box of snack bags.

The only reason it loses a star is because the screws seem to offer only a tenuous hold on the rack and I'm afraid it will fall off. (Again. Allow me to also recommend wall anchors if you're putting it in a pantry and not on a door.)

I love this concept however I did not give this a 5 star based on the fact that it is larger than I expected so I could not install where I wanted. I had to put on the opposite side of the kitchen which is not exactly convenient for where I wanted it. Now I will have to walk several steps to retrieve aluminum foil, wax paper or cling wrap.

Make sure you measure width & depth of the space you want to mount this before you purchase. It is larger than I expected therefore I did not do this. I did notice that it is bigger than the products it stores. Meaning when you put your aluminum foil box in there, it will jiggle rather than be a tighter hold.

Good quality product. Easy to install and is very sturdy metal. I am using these in every room where I have cabinets and need organization. In the bathroom it holds my shampoo and bath products in the shower, hair products under the sink. Kitchen has so many uses that I can't list them all here. Laundry room is where I need it the most. In our RV camper we use it to hold our maps, magazines, bath items and kitchen items securely. In the garage it holds some small hand tools, sandpaper packets, instruction manuals, and keeps our kids fishing poles upright and neat. So many uses that I am ordering more. Great price too. Better than local store chain prices.

I have purchased 2 of these and love them. My husband used screws (not provided) to mount them to the inside of the pantry door (under a larger rack which is located at the top of the door). He carefully spaced them so we could place foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap in them. Love how I can now store these items and how easily I can get to them.

I would recommend this door rack to anyone interested in creating a neater, more functional place to store their wraps. I used to keep mine in a drawer, but wanted to use the drawer for something else, so I bought this rack to attach on the door of my kitchen sink. It was easy to install, with the four included screws and a screw gun, and serves the purpose. It's a good size for 4 wraps. I do wish it were just a little longer so it could hold five...the dimensions are just shy for the size wraps I have on hand. Still, I recommend it.

Needed a way to keep multiple boxes of plastic wrap, foil, wax paper, etc. neat and orderly in the pantry. Purchased two of these units and mounted one above the other on the inside of the pantry door. It is well made of heavy gauge plastic coated wire, and even includes the mounting screws needed. I added a washer to each screw to spread out the clamping pressure across the soft plastic coating. The unit is fairly narrow and can only fit a few boxes, so I may buy at least one more to hold everything. I haven't been able to find these in any local store, so finding this on Amazon, at a reasonable price, worked out great for me.

The screws that came with this were not going to hold this to drywall, they might work to hold it to a cabinet door. I had to replace with drywall screws and some washers. It is now very secure on my wall under my pot hanger and has my tin foil and plastic wrap boxes in it within easy reach of the stove.
