I was happy to find utensil organizer with 9 compartments, and the size of each is fine for my needs. However, was very disappointed when I opened the box to see that 3 of the dividers were not fitted properly into their slots, and this caused the opposite end to bow. My husband managed to position the dividers fully into their slots, unfortunately getting a splinter in finger due to a rough edge that has now been sanded smooth. With those corrections, I'm happy with the purchase, but the company needs much better quality supervision, the product never should have been mailed out in its original condition.
We recently purchased a bed and breakfast in Mount Shasta. The previous owners had inexpensive cutlery in plastic organizers. That was not the experience we wanted to convey. We purchased new beautiful cutlery and it needed to be contained in a beautiful cutlery organizer. We found it! Not only is this drawer organizer large enough to hold all of the cutlery that we purchased, but it is beautiful and elegant as well. Highly recommend!
Overall this is a solid product. It is well built with sturdy materials . The only thing to be aware of is there is not locking mechanism when you do spread it out so you have to wedge something in it to keep it spread to the size of your drawer, but definitely would buy again. It looks very professional once installed.
The bamboo drawer organizer is excellent; the bamboo is attractive. Except, it is in no way Extra Deep as indicated in the description. Fine if you don't have a lot of utensils. But, I have a large family and my utensils overflowed the compartments. After looking at several other bamboo drawer organizers, it turns out that the compartment depth is about average (1.5" not really extra deep) for the product. I ended up buying another deeper one (2.5" compartments) made of wood instead.
As a follow-up to my review, I must say that the Baroget customer service was excellent. I was late by one day over the 30 day limit for returns and Amazon wouldn't help me. But, Baroget arranged for a full refund. So, I feel I must raise my rating from 2 stars on that basis.

This is a nice cutlery holder. It would have been better if it were just a bit deeper to hold more utensils. But, even, more importantly, there doesn't seem to be any way to hold the expanded organizer firmly into its expanded position. I have had to improvise to keep it expanded as the movement from the drawer opening and closing jiggles it.
Big, deep, looks good in the drawer and holds all of our silverware (service for 12). I would buy again if I had more silverware.
Just got it but it seems very sturdy and looks good. I wish it had a wider compartment for my spatulas but otherwise very nice. It seemed a little pricey to me but could be worth it in the long run.
The product was good. I like the arrangement of the utensil slots and it expanded to fit my wide drawer perfectly
