First of all, let me commend the company on its quick response to my questions. Secondly, these are hands down THE BEST suction hooks I've EVER purchased. They ARE SOLID and perfectly match my oiled bronze shower fixtures. I followed the instructions to affix them to the porcelain tile in my shower and they don't budge. Others I've had lost suction or are easily knocked off. In fact, last week the cleaning woman knocked one off and it broke, which is why I researched and purchased these. They are so good I'm waiting for my OXO squeegee to fall off again to give me an excuse to buy one made by Hasko. Anyone who rates this as less than five stars and claims they fall off obviously isn't doing something right.
Update: It's been a week and they remain securely attached to the shower wall. I haven't needed to tighten them, although I have tried, per the instructions.
Update: I just wanted to say that, after 1 month, I still couldn't be happier with these hooks. They haven't become loose and did not require any further tightening. They feel as secure as if they were bolted into the shower tiles. Anyone having a problem should go back and read the instructions.
Quick shipping - love the color, matches my bathroom perfectly but THEY KEEP FALLING OFF my shower which is smooth. I have cleaned and scrubbed, dried and tried more than a dozen times. They stay up for a few hours and then fall off. Nothing I do keeps them on my shower wall. For the price, very disappointed. I didn't keep the box (shame on me), so I am unable to return. I have no problems with the seller, just the product. I do not recommend - they won't stay up.
UPDATED: Fantastic customer service! THEY reached out to me AND gave me choice of replacement or refund. I asked for a refund (as I had already replaced them) and I received the refund quickly - this is a company that stands by their products. I still give the product a 1 star, but the customer service is awesome
We attached it to our glass bathroom wall and it is super strong! We hang two large bath towels plus a regular bath towel and no issues. The kit comes with pads if you need to attach on uneven surfaces, so whatever surface works as long as it's clean.
These don't harm the surfaces you attach to, so if you live in a rented space, they come right off.
You will get messages from the company with instructions and help, and they seem to be genuinely concerned about your satisfaction. I need to put some hooks in other parts of my house. I'm getting more of these. Totally worth it!
The towel bar broke off our shower and I had been thinking about getting an over the shower rack to hang towels from. My concern with those was the metal clanking on the glass every time a towel was pulled over. However these suction cups are the perfect alternative! We’ve hung towels from being used up on them with no issues. Highly recommend!
We purchased these hooks for our shower. We have ceramic tile and it took all of five minutes to get these suctioned to the wall following the included directions. They've been up for about four days and are still holding strong. Granted, the heaviest thing we've put on it is a wet washrag.

We remodeled our bathroom and put a glass shelf in the corner. However, there is no place to hang my scrubbie. I did not want to put a suction cup on the lovely glass walls; so I got this, put it on the underside of the shelf and it is really great that I can adjust so it swings down to hang the scrubbie!!!! Suction is GREAT. Method to apply is GREAT. Very nice looking!!!
I am very happy with these hooks. I purchased them for a glass enclosed shower in a vacation rental and they are perfect. They were easy to install and so far they are staying in place and no issues. Great product. Hung one on my glass shower door and have two towels hanging from it. Haven’t had a single issue with it falling. Have another inside the shower attached to a tile on the wall. No issues with that one either. Great product and matches my bathroom decor. Would recommend to anyone.
Works PERFECT! Mounted it the day it arrived & as others have stated in their reviews, it has not moved at all! I have bought several caddies that you can mount such as this & all of them were true DUDS. Yes buy these & any other of the products that has this same mounting. I also bought the (2) shelf caddie & soap holder. ALL work EXCELLENT & have not moved! Let me add I am so impressed with these items I wrote a review. I typically do not write reviews either due to forgetting or the item purchased sucked. So yes....excellent products.
This product is great. No issues whatsoever. Used in a solid surface shower. I cleaned the surface with alcohol and then applied. I had no issues at all, never had to go back and tighten. I hung two side by side. Both perfect! The construction is very good and I am picky. They are a good size, so keep that in mind if you might think you are ordering small hooks. Love these!
