Used both shelves for two applications. The first was to hold up a set of figures with slightly oversized bases, so this one was installed “upside down” with the lip on the front facing down and screwed into drywall with the anchors provided.
The other was used as a shelf in the kitchen for assorted small containers with the lip facing up. This one took advantage of the adhesive mounts which worked quite well on an appropriate surface. You may want a small wrench to tighten the nuts used to secure the shelf to the adhesive pads, but I found finger tightening was sufficient. Be sure to premark the position for the bolts on the adhesive pads as once they are stuck on, while they certainly do come off, if they aren’t level, they aren’t exactly the easiest to get off. Being that they are designed to hold up the shelf, this is hardly a bad thing.
One minor negative is that one of the shelves has a slight uneven area on the front that appears to have been from the molding process. The other doesn’t have it but if you’re concerned about a smooth finish, be sure to inspect it closely under light. I used this one for my kitchen so I wasn’t too bothered.
I bought this wall shelves for my new room for some books and photo frames and I’m so happy that I bought it. It is stronger and sturdier than i thought it holds about 3-4 books and also frames and also some of ny cute little cactuses pot. The color black really stands out in my room and I absolutely love it. Would totally recommend this wall shelve.
They look decent, however the sticky pad's load capacity leaves a bit to be desired
Very beautiful shelves, in my opinion.
I doubt that the shelves withstand a load of 15 kg.
There are some minor problems:
1) installation - it is difficult to mark the holes on the wall (the paper template does not hurt), using a screwdriver is not very convenient.
2) I will use fasteners from the kit, on a glue base for pictures :).
3) not great difficulties with the removal of the protective film (break).
By this I put 4 stars.
I recommend this product no matter what.
Did the job in my bathroom but I would not trust adhesive application.
