I'm actually trying to contact the seller. I love these baskets. I'm not returning them, but one of them arrived damaged and I'm trying to find out if there's a way to fix it or have it replaced. But I don't want to return all of the baskets because I love them and they're otherwise very sturdy. The wicker material on the biggest basket is coming apart in places and the thread on one side is tied differently and uneven. I think it's just defective because the others go through a lot of wear and tear, especially the smaller ones since they're in my bathroom around a lot of humidity. When I noticed the damage on the biggest basket, I inspected the others and they're all holding up just fine. I already washed the cloth insert, and no shrinking or bleeding seeing as I bought the ones with the font. So other than the funky spots on the big one, these baskets are great. I'm waiting to see when they're available again in a different color for a friend who's buying her first house.

The quality of product is excellent for the price. I ordered because I wanted the 3 small baskets for bathroom shelf. I am trying to decide what I want to use the 2 larger ones for they are so nice looking I want to use in an area that they will not only be useful but also seen.
For all of these baskets it was a great price! So great I ordered the set twice to organize items in my pantry. Downside is when you first get them they have a funny smell... however it eventually wears away! I also liked the fact that they came lined.

These were beautiful in my living-room, I decided to use them in my children's rooms as a sort of 'cute' toy box storage. The kids have yet to come close to destroying these and I have three under eight years old. The quality of this product is a wonder! Thank you!
Really cute and good quality baskets. They look great and the sizes are good. Even the small ones can hold quite a bit. I absolutely love these! The picture have the small and medium sized ones on top of my dresser.

I really like these baskets! They look very nice for organizing my sewing/crafts items. I do not feel like they're just going to snap, at least not without effort. I will probably end up purchasing more because they work so well!
These little baskets were priced right and served perfectly for the gift baskets that we created for an event. They are well made.Although we used them for gift baskets, they would make good baskets for stuff around the house as well.
