The review mentioning the one big design flaw is correct. The utensils will snap together regardless of the big ladle being attached or not, BUT without the ladle, the utensils will not stay on the base..this is because the last ladle has a large nub that hooks onto a hole in the stand. The rest of the utensils have much smaller nubs that lock into each other, but they are not long enough to effectively hook into the stand. This means that whenever you have to use the ladle, you can no longer store the rest of the utensils on the base. I really wish you could buy this set without the stand, as it seems to be a poorly thought-out waste of counter space. It looks nice but it simply does not do its main function well.
This still earns 4 stars based on the price and the sleekness of the utensils. They nest perfectly and they have a nice low profile that can be hard to find in other sets. Without the base they can be tucked into the drawer in a neat little stack, the magnets keeping them perfectly aligned.
I really like the space-saving aspect of these and would recommend them for that alone. The stand however, needs either a redesign or a complete omission.
I waited a while to post a review on these, because I wanted to see how they held up. At this point (after a few months of use) I have come to LOVE this set! The first time I used the spatula I realized just how small it is in comparison to others I have used in the past, and that’s honestly the only thing I would change if I could. The first use also had me worried that they would become discolored very quickly, since these are pretty much on display in my kitchen when not in use. I had used the spatula to cook burgers, and somehow that seemed to slightly discolor the blue spatula. Looking at the spatula now, the discoloration is hardly noticeable and has not gotten any worse. When using the ladle the other utensils WILL hang on the stand if you put them on carefully. I have not had any trouble with the magnets, and the stength of the magnets is perfect. It’s not hard to separate the utensil that you need from the ones that you don’t, but the magnets are strong enough to keep them together while on the stand. This is really a great product for those of us that have more counter space than drawer space in our kitchens. I get asked every time I have guests where I got these, because they are actually very cool. I definitely recommend these!
Takes up so little footprint on the counter and it may even lay in the drawer without the base. Colors are as shown. My concern was since it's of thick plastic material spatula may not work so well but It has been good so far. I have yet to test it on delicate foods to really know how well it will handle. I just wish they had made a stainless steel version of this.
I bought this set for my new RV. I love the compact design. I'll probably have to store it when we're on the road so it doesn't tip over or bounce around. Once we're at our destination, it'll fit perfectly in the corner between my stove and wall. I am very pleased with this purchase and would buy it again.
I don't have the issue that other users have about the utensils not staying in the holder without the ladle. Technically it doesn't magnetize to stand the without the ladle, but the notches on the back can insert into the hole on the stand. It's not as secure, but it will stay up even without the ladle.
The main issue I had with these is the plastic stains very easily. I made a curry with turmeric (which is bright yellow) and now the light blue spatula is permanently stained and doesn't look clean even when it is.

I have been eyeballing this product for some time and just decided to buy it. It is functional and space saving which I love. The utensils themselves are very sturdy and thick, not flimsy at all. the magnets are not as strong as I thought they would be but they old up so it's not a problem. Overall they are really nice and I love the colors too!
A lot of people mention that the set doesn't sit on the stand without the laddle, but that isn't true. Each item has a magnet, even the stand itself, so all of them will sit magnetized to the stand even if one was used and needed to be washed. I love how much space it saves. I ordered the black set, so I haven't had an staining issues. They also won't damage my ceramic pots and pans. Definitely one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon to date.
I love this set!!! Super compact, easily cleans up and is not an eye sore. The utensils do seem to stain easily so keep that in mind (if it bothers you) and wipe off instead of letting sit
Beautify design and superb functionality. Digs the vertical storage on counter top design with magnet hook, saves space on the drying rack after cleaning and eases jammed kitchen utensil drawer. Nicely color coded each without being too colorful and affect the overall palette of the kitchen. yay!
This product is great, looks good on the counter, and for a single guy like me it was nice to get all those serving utensils I've been to cheap to buy in one package. Who knew having the proper utensil would be so helpful.
My only concern is that they don't always nest as well when one of the utensils is being used. It hasn't been a major issue, I've been able to find ways to balance them in there, but I could see it being a bigger problem if you were to lose one.
