Arrived sooner than expected its worth the buy I recommend for studio or small space living it's worth use for organizing tiny home
I was looking for a stand/rack for my expensive new stereo equipment. Most of the stands made for stereo equipment is expensive and made of particle board with glass shelves. This shelving/stand is beautiful, extremely sturdy and because it has wire shelving provides ventilation for your amplifier. This stand is made of beautiful chrome steel, with adjustable shelves which provides addition space for books or CDs. At $44 this is steal. It is easy to assemble and easy to move if you want to change the position for your equipment.
Easy to assemble, literally took no more than a few minutes from unpacking till standing, very sturdy, good construction, and it's nice that they've included additional parts, just in case. The height adjustment feature is great, I was able to set it exactly the way I needed it, so I could make room underneath while having just the right size in between the shelves. I picked the black color because the same in white cost a lot more, which made no sense. Anyways, it is a definite 5-Star ratings for me!
Decent enough basic shelving unit, and seems sturdy once put together properly. I like the black color better than the chrome versions. The plastic under-clips that keep the shelves in place aren't as high quality as ones I have seen on some other similar-design metal racks. A couple didn't want to stay in their grooves and took some work getting them to stay in place and not slide down to next groove level. Manufacturer provides an extra 2 plastic clips in a separate bag, which could be useful if you lose or break a few.
Assuming that shelf-support clips hold properly, it seems like this rack-unit could house quite a bit of weight per shelf, though I'm only using it for lightweight stuff. I have a small 22" LED TV sitting on the left side top shelf, a small inkjet printer underneath that shelf, etc. The rack-unit is 3-ft wide, 3-ft tall, and a bit over 1-ft deep, and just the right size for my needs.
Update 6/18/2018: Still holding up okay here in my bedroom. The 22" LED TV/Monitor was replaced with a 27" & then a 32" IPS Monitor for streaming shows/movies from my Computer, and the bottom shelf now holds 3 full (and heavy) comic book short boxes full of bagged & boarded comics books. The extra weight hasn't caused any problems.
In the picture, I purchased the rack on the left years ago, and it was so sturdy, I wanted another one but a little bit shorter. The product on the left is the one I just purchased from Amazon. It's exactly the height I wanted, and it's just as easy to put together. But one of the shelves was a bit bent. Not so bent that it was unusable- but that's why I took 1 star off for durability. Been using them as snake racks, they are great!

This item is excellent -- strong, well built, and straightforward to assemble. The negative comments regarding the plastic inserts that hold the shelves in place are simply off the mark. Basically, if you follow the directions and make sure the clips are pointing upward (could not be easier; there is an arrow for crying out loud!) and that each clip is nestled correctly into its groove on the vertical support rods (move each clip up and down a bit to insure this -- common sense of course), the shelves lock in place FIRMLY (each shelf compresses the clips as it is lowered into place and strongly holds the clips in place). Absolutely excellent product. The 'leveling feet' are great for uneven floors.
I love this. The quality is awesome and it is easy to assemble. I did it myself without any help. I use this in a closet set aside just for grilling items. The fact that the shelves are adjustable, easily is a big win. It will also hold the weight of plastic to cast iron as well as bulky items. I will be buying more for uses in other closets. My next plan, in a clothes closet, beneath where the clothes hang, for kitchen overflow items.
My 14 year old daughter put this together for me in just 15 minutes. There are no words on the instructions, just pictures but only a few easy steps. I was surprised by how sturdy it is and have put it to good use. I will be ordering several more of these!
Very pleased with this purchase. I put it in the garage and loaded it up with "stuff" to get organized. Very happy--it is heavy duty, no issues with bending or tipping. If I had more room I'd buy more of them.
These are made extremely well and were super easy to assemble. I've had to take them apart and reassemble a few times because I change my mind on shelf height. All without issue. They even sent a couple extra parts just in case I needed them. I really appreciate that. Another helpful thing- this brand is sold in individual pieces in The Container Store in case you need it longer or taller and the kit isn't readily available. The price is comparable too.
