Amazing product, very sturdy/high quality material. The template makes the installation a breeze. The only reasons I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that:
1. The upper shelf isn't adjustable
2. As it doesn't have dual glides, when you pull it out, the stuff in the upper tray hides the stuff in the lower tray. But at the same time it's half the price of the ones with dual glides.
Probably wondering why I gave it a 4 out of 5 with that title.... I have to say, that this was extremely well built and could probably handle just about anything. Unfortunately, the width was slightly bigger than indicated on the website and therefore had to return the item.
For those of you thinking about purchasing this product, please allow 1/2 inch extra on the width to guarantee a good install.
Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for returns, which was very disappointing.
This is exactly as advertised and not too hard install. But it is quite awkward to use. If you are going to need access to items on the lower rack back half spend the money and buy a rack where the two shelves slide separately.
The quality of this product is top notch. Easy to install. I brought the two tier unit initially. They do not move individually which is not really a problem. My cabinets are more organized which makes me very happy. I ordered two more single units. Would like to see more options for two tier units for smaller cabinets. Units are affordable, excellent quality, easy to install and would recommend. Plan to purchase more in near future.
This is very helpful. I do wish the construction allowed the pullout shelves to work independently and not as a unit.
