We installed our new rack, and there was no issue, took about 1 hour. The spin is smooth and the rack seems to hold relatively well all our containers.
I have to say, we had an issue with the first set we received, but the company was extremely courteous and responsive. So if you have any question or concern, you should contact the company, they'll gladly help you.
This is a nice lazy susan. It is large so it utilizes all of the space in your corner cabinet. One small part was missing and the seller fixed the problem right away. Very happy with this product.
I just try to buy another, when I received I noticed is not the same good quality I buyer last year.
Product works great and is sturdy.
I only gave 4-stars because I could not figure out how to align the bottom mount properly. As such, the bottom shelf doesn't stay in the proper position to close the door.
So far so good. They appear to be good quality. It was my first time building a lazy Susan cabinet and these installed pretty easy. I installed them as I was building the cabinets which prob made life easier. Only advise is to make sure your template (provided) is perfectly lined up or else the bottom might come out off set.
