This wood kitchen drawer divider is almost an exact match (both color and wood grain) for the interior of my 19.5" deep kitchen drawer. To get an exact match would certainly cost a lot more than $20 total for me to:
a) drive to lumber yard, select the wood, cut/sand/finish the wood, and install...or
b) get a handyman/carpenter
I previously used an expandable tray-type bamboo wood divider in the drawer. The bottom of that tray-type organizer raised utensils in the divider .37" from the actual drawer bottom, When opening and closing the drawer, I'd hear the sound of my largest utensils scraping across the top threshold of the drawer. These dividers are great for my requirement, as the utensils sit on the drawer itselft.
At $20 for 2 dividers, this item -- for me -- is perfect. I'm happy, and ordering 3 additional pairs today.
PRO: Relatively inexpensive; good looking; spring tension keeps divider firmly in place (rubber ends for cozy fit)
CON: None, at all
NOTE: Measure your drawer. My dividers are 22" fully extended, and 17.37" fully contracted. Without alteration, my divider would be too small for a 22.25" span, and too big to fit into a 17.25" span.
I bought 2 sets. I am really happy with these dividers... but I am so frustrated with myself for living without these for years!
The construction feels solid. Bamboo material is nice. They are spring loaded and each end is fixed with some foam. The tension and the foam ended keep them in place. So far, I have not experienced any slipping. No assembly is required except for you to put them where they are needed and to organize your drawer. These are excellent. Not only did they help me to organize my hot mess of a kitchen tools drawer, they look built-in/custom, too.
Again, why did I wait so long to get these!?!?! If you are contemplating, get these. Don't waste years of living with unorganized drawers like I did.
These are great for organizing your kitchen utensils, they are adjustable and that is what you need to make the bamboo separators work in you
kitchen cabinet drawers. You need strong fingers and a healthy grip to pull the slot to it's maximum length and place it in the drawer and then release
the slot in back to push it into place, which is the method that worked for me. The separators come packaged in sets of 2 or 3, they are well wrapped
and delivered to your front door. they are found on Amazon, and reasonably priced and must importantly, they due a great job and will keep your utensil drawers organized. You just need to decide how many separators you need for a drawer. I liked 3 to a drawer. and now it is so easy to find
my kitchen utensils instead of opening every drawer in the kitchen to find a certain utensil. If you need to organize your kitchen you will not go wrong with this product.
I'm really happy with how these turned out. I was surprised with how much pressure I had to apply to get them to fit in my drawer but that's a good thing since it means they will hold well. There is a soft edge on it also so you don't have to worry about scuffing up the inside of your drawers. They look good and work well for my needs. I did see in a previous post however that they didn't hold well unless compressed closer to the 17" when fully compressed. I could see this being a problem. Mine are almost fully compressed so it holds extremely well. Be sure to measure your drawers well the tighter the compression, the better hold you'll get.
These dividers are beautiful! I mean, they're just drawer dividers but they look built-in. They're constructed very solidly and I'm sure they will last us forever, through many moves. I bought a bamboo cutlery tray at the same time as these and I'm actually thinking about getting rid of it and just getting two more of these instead. We like them that much!

I absolutely love this! It's perfect to organize a large drawer in the kitchen. Finding things is so much easier now. My only regret is that I didn't know about this sooner. This was easy to install. I started out with lining my drawer and then decided to put these dividers in the drawer afterward. Everything looks so clean and organized now.
We have an older kitchen with narrow short drawers. The drawer I purchased it for is about 13x17. Or some odd dimension. The springs are very tight so it stays in place well. It is a little bit of a challenge to get the divider square in the drawer. You can tap it with a small hammer if you need it perfectly square. I like that the divider isn't so tall. Again. Old small drawers. I recommend it if you need drawer organization.
These work perfectly as drawer dividers. They are expensive, but worth the price if you are OCD about organization like I am. I hate wasting time trying to find the right cooking tool when I need it. They are stable when placed properly. Measure your drawer length to make sure they fit securely. I've purchased many over the years and I always look for the best price.
Spring-loaded arm comes with white foam pads on each end to hold dividers in place. I don't think the pads have adhesive, but it's not necessary as the tension holds it in place just fine. Light-colored bamboo works with the finish of our existing drawers, and you can turn them overt if there's any naturally occurring dark spots in the wood.
These are absolutely great for organizing drawers. One, for some reason slips a little and skews off at an angle. None of the others do. In any case they all work well, even the one that slips. The drawers stay much more organized this way. I have used these in both directions in drawers - both up and down and back and forth. As long as the drawer falls within the required dimensions, these are great!
