I would actually give it a 4 ½...the cork bottom in the sections is a wonderful addition that keeps everything in place and it fits almost perfectly in my strangely sized custom drawer...but as another reviewer stated, the expandable section closes when I pull the drawer open and collapses down onto the cutlery in that section. I'm sure I can design some kind of stop, but it would be nice if the manufacturer had made a locking mechanism to keep the unit expanded.

Swapping our old plastic organizers for these really made such a difference! I've had this one for years and it's holding up very well. We even got the matching utensil organizer!
I like the way it looks and works, HOWEVER I wish I would have believed a review I read because when I just slightly moved it while open, the wood came apart! So disappointed....a brand new item falling apart immediately. If you like gluing...buy it, if not don't.
