I like it, but I wish the tray was more in the middle. My sink is curve in the corners, so the tray prevents me to push it a bit closer to the sink wall. Also, the extended length is barely enough for me to make it stable. If I accidentally fling my hand to it, it'll fall into the sink.
Nice look, nice fit, nice quality. Just wish it was a little deeper and was designed to hold sponges upright, or maybe had some sort of divider that could be used to keep sponges upright and apart. As it is there's not room for anything except two sponges.
Keeps the wet sponge in the sink until it dries. Makes it so easy to find the sponge when the sink is full. Love it.
I had to use suction cups to keep it from sliding off and falling. Made my sink so much usable than before.
Love it, great storage over the sink.

I loved it. It fits perfectly into my sink and holds everything that I need it to hold.
This does what it needs to do: it enables sponges to air dry and thus helps prevent the sponge slime problem. That's already enough to justify a recommendation for this product.....or something like it.
And I'd recommend hunting down something like this rather than buying this particular rack. This rack is both flimsy and quite pricy. For roughly the same price (especially if one uses a coupon from Bed, Bath, & Bewildering), one can get a rack that has more (rust-avoidant) crome, and is thus less flimsy.
My other (fairly) mild criticism: we have to remove this rack before we can wash large dishes or pots. Since we don't have a dishwasher, this means, in practice, that we have to remove the rack most of the time. People who have dishwashers and/or better designed, larger sinks, probably won't have this problem (or will be less annoyed by it.)
I was eager to try this InterDesign rustproof aluminum rack since my stainless steel one was rusty and ready for the trash. I love that this rack will not rust! I use these smaller racks to store my dish sponges and scrubbers, so they dry out thoroughly. This rack is on the narrow side, so it does not occupy too much space in one side of my double stainless steel kitchen sink.
The one thing I noticed was that that when I fully extend the rack to fit my sink, there is a big space left where the slide-to-fit extension has no basket. So, in reality, the rack area where things are stored only occupies 1/2 of one side my double stainless standard size kitchen sink. It looks odd, all that empty space. Still, I am very happy that I won't need to deal with rust anymore!

I tried it on both my kitchen sink and the industrial sink I have in my herb room / apothecary in our basement. It fit both beautifully and is perfect for holding soap, scouring pads, brushes and all that you need to keep your kitchen or work /utility area organized. It provides plenty of drainage and area for thorough air drying of whatever you put in it.
The only drawback to this unit is it did tend to slide fairly easily when placed lengthwise, letting everything fall into the sink.
