These are so cute and useful! We've been having issues with keeping all of our spices in a good place for a long time because of our small kitchen, and this puts it right to bed! I had previously made a DIY solution using command hooks and baskets but I always worried about things falling out, especially the glass ones, and some spices we buy more in bulk (like garlic powder) so big ones couldn't fit. I saw homemade magnetic jars using things like baby food jars, but this came up in my search and it's cheaper than if I had made them myself!
A couple of them are hard to turn, but I think it's because there is powder within the lid (the only ones that do it are powders, things like herbs don't cause it) so I'm sure if I take them off and clean them, they'll work like a dream like the others. the labels were perfect! I put tall of them where the hole is so you'd always know where to turn it! (my boyfriend appreciated that! he is actually pretty obsessed with this whole concept, lol!)
Overall these are an amazing, small investment that gives us a lot more room to work on (and we don't have to keep a basket of everything on the dryer!!)
Tins seem very well made and durable. Haven't used them long enough to know how well they will hold up, but they seem like a high quality product. They are supposed to be stainless steel so rusting shouldn't be a problem. No instructions were included on how to clean tins or fill out blank black labels, but was told new boxing for the tins is in the works. Customer Service for this company is excellent. If you have any questions they get right back to you and are very accommodating.
I love having my most used spices at my fingertips. The only suggustion I have is to purchase a chalk pin so you can write on lables.
These are great when you want to declutter your kitchen or cabinets.. the magnets stick well to the fridge and the containers are sealed tight so nothing spills out. They look really cool too!
Cleaned out a drawer nite they are displayed and ready access to all my spices in a tight spot.
