Organize It All Wall Cabinet Door Mounted Metal Pot Lid Rack, White

Update 4 years later
I still love this and it's one of the most useful home purchases I have made to date. Has held up exceptionally well and I expect it to last a lifetime.
------

Love it. Although I installed it on the inside of my cabnets instead of the outside door. Works great! Frees up space

Excellent! Used this to help organize the pots and pans cabinet in my new house. Easy to apply to the door and lids fit snug in each slot.

It works great! Be mindful it only fits 4 lids and be careful with the installation. The hardware that comes with the unit is pretty much useless unless you plan to put this rack on drywall. If you are installing this rack inside a cabinet door, you will need your own short screws and be careful with your cabinet's door if it has thick and thin sections. The top portion of this rack will sit on the thick section of your door, but the lower two screws slot will float on the thin section of your door. I used a thick short screw on top, and two thin short screws at the bottom (there will be a gap between the rack and your cabinet's door; make sure not to screw too deep into your door or the screw will go through the other side). ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR CABINET DOOR WILL CLOSE with your current settings (I have a pull out rack at the bottom of my cabinet and had to move larger pots away from the side where I installed this lid rack). Not a big deal, but just plan ahead. Overall, a great solution to the lid kitchen mess!

For years my husband has complained about the pot and pan lids in our kitchen cabinet. Every so often, I would hear a loud crash as a tower of lids came tumbling out of the cabinet. I had no idea this product existed until recently I was trying to do some kitchen organizing. I ordered 3 of these racks and have installed 2 of them in my pot and pan cabinet. I needed to drill pilot holes into my cabinet doors, and there is definitely a trick to getting all my weird lids in the right order. Also, sometimes I need to take out a couple lids in order to get at the one I want. But honestly, it's all minor in comparison to having no clutter on top of my pots, plus it cleared out an entire section of my cabinet that was being wasted on lids. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I've got a pretty small kitchen and end up keeping my pots on an open shelf. That solution has worked fine, but it still gets crowded, so I was looking for a way to nest the pots to save a little more space. Enter: the Pot Lid Rack. I just mounted mine on the wall, not inside a cabinet door, so I can't speak to that, but for my needs, it's great. It was simply to mount, feels sturdy, and fit all of my lids. I was actually surprised by that last point as the lids I have are relatively thick with about a quarter inch lip on them. Don't be afraid to "tweak" it a bit; it's flexible enough to bend the openings to fit your needs, and sturdy enough to hold the shape once you get it where you want it.

Description

The NEU Home Cabinet Door Lid Rack Organizer is a great addition to organize pot and container lids. It can easily be mounted on doors, thus it gives additional cabinet floor space to organize other stuff. This over the door pot lid rack has a hard metal frame with white finish which makes it look stylish and strong enough to hold up to six lids. This will help keep your cookware and cabinets neat and organized

This rack works great. In fact, it works so great that I'm getting another one. It holds lids of all sizes in all positions (see the picture I posted). It also works for thicker lids (think draining lids), and lids with various types of handles. I put mine up on a wall, and love that it saves cabinet and counter space.

So this was an easy buy for me and I believe for most people it might not be however, my kitchen is not the grandest of all, it’s cute, quaint and absolutely adorable, I LOVE IT, but still sometimes is does lack in the space that I require for certain products I have in my kitchen and to make my life easier this time I bought the "Organize it All Cabinet Door Lid Rack" with the chrome finish off of Amazon.com for $11.99 and once again this is a product I love!

Today was my first day actually setting up and using this product. It did come only in plastic and it didn’t have any instructions with it although it did come with the screws required to attached it to your cabinet door. Honestly it’s so straight forward though, any one could set this up. My only problem was that the smaller set of screws that came with the product were not short enough for my cabinet doors, now just to be clear; this doesn’t have to go inside a cabinet, you can attach this to a wall or inside the cabinet basically anywhere a screw can fit!

What I love about this product is that My lids are not the same as the photo and yet they work perfect, I literally just have to tilt them slightly and the product worked amazing. However, some of the other review people said they had trouble with lids that were not the same as the one in the photo. Now this could happen to you but I would say still try this product out if you need to free up space, it’s worth it!

Honestly my pots and pan cabinet was overflowing that just freeing up a little space by attaching this gadget to the door made my life so much easier and on top of that, now I don’t have to pull every pan & lid I have out of the cabinet to get a lid, they are right there for me, in plain sight. How AMAZING!

I highly recommend this product and give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. On Amazon.com it was rated 4 stars, so basically me and the rest of the world agree on this product!!

Bought two of these and am able to fit a lot of lids, even larger lids and silicone lids. I had to drill holes in my cabinet doors and use shorter screws, but happy with the results. Had to put one rack higher, because it hit the pots, so I couldn’t fill that one up to the top.

Tip: If it’s your first time drilling, I learned to put tape on the bit as a stop guide and don’t put too much pressure. It’s better to drill less than the screw length. I accidentally drilled all the way through the cabinet door. Had to fix it with paintable spackle and wood color crayon.

It's exactly what I needed. In order to be installed where it would work with all sizes of lids and the thickness of my door I ended up using the left over cove molding to be the stabilizer. The provided screws were long enough to handled the job. I only have 5 lids in the picture but it fits 6 lids ( my hubby used one, haha). My biggest lid is about 12 1/2" and it fits fine. I had the pan organizer only and the lids were in the drawers but now they are all in one cabinet. Very Happy.

Every time I move I install one of these and just leave it behind because they'll get you for leaving holes in the wall but not for adding storage to the pantry!

Love this, a great fix for constantly having to chase lids in the cabinet. I don't know that I would trust it with a heavy cast iron lid, but maybe someone else in these reviews can attest to the use of it there.
