Agree with the other reviews that the bottom is flimsy, but not a problem for me. I don't plan on carrying anything. My slight complaint is that the dividers don't come all the way down and my knife tips keep slipping through. However, I wanted a tray to hold dinner and salad forks, regular and soup spoons, butter and steak knifes, plus serving utensils - that's 7 compartments. I couldn't find any other tray that had that many openings and wasn't overly wide and looked good.
This organizer is great. It's just tall enough to fit in my shallow pencil drawer and just looks awesome in the drawer. They are stinky, like chemical smell, when you open them. We let ours air outside first, then it was fine.
Fit perfectly in my drawer and fit all of our silverware and straws.
I have a section of wall that's 14" wide between my closet door & the corner in my master bedroom. I decided to do a DIY hanging jewelry display after seeing a similar one constructed from these flatware organizers on Pinterest. I bought this one as a 'test' to see if it would work. I was hesitant since many reviews cited poor construction. I would have no problem using this in my kitchen drawer for utensils. The construction is fine so long as you don't push on the bottom piece. If you applied enough pressure I could easily see it breaking. The bottom is much thinner than the rest of the piece so I cut a small piece of 1/4" wood to run along the back so I could mounting hardware on it. I spray painted it black and it works perfectly. I've already purchased several other Lipper bamboo organizers to finish my jewelry display.

Lovely organization
The organizer fit perfectly in my base cabinet drawers that I build. The right-sized dividers worked great for the items I wanted to place in the drawer.
Good quality! Color match with other brands, like Ocean Star and Seville classics. Cannot say about longevity - just started to use it.
