We recently updated our kitchen and installed a new single bowl sink that is large and deep. We needed some kind of dish or draining rack and found this product. Adjusts easily to fit a wide range of sink sizes and works like a champ. Could not be more pleased with this selection. There is nothing flimsy about it and the size (8.5" wide) provides plenty of usable space for draining without taking away a large portion of the sink itself. Works/looks best on undermount sink, but will work on conventional mount sink as well.
Nice product even though it is plastic. I wash in dishwasher
I would like that it had handles that gripped the edge the sink. I used non skid cheap pot holders to keep it elevated.
This is an unusual design for a dish sink strainer, the highest quality one I've ever found. There is a wider area for water to pass through and for the dishes to receive proper flow for evaporation. However, I don't know how long the plastic will hold up, and I'm not sure about cleaning the connections points. Not a big deal though. For me, it did not fit my sink as I have an unusual new ceramic or enamel sink style with a sloped edge, not right angles required for this drainer.
It's just as advertised. And the quality is good.
