Does a good job of organizing all of my eating and cooking utensils. Adjustability is a pro as well. It will accommodate many different sizes of utensils including large spoons, spatulas, knives, and whisks.

The tray is a nice size and expands easily. The downside is that that to fit my drawer it makes one side basically unusable. The tray is not as deep as I would like.
I like it, the only thing is the oddball sizes for the silver wear, I use two for knives, the compartment on the far left for sharp knives and the compartment on the right for butter knives, both are off. The compartment on the left is about a quarter inch too small, and the one on the right is about 1 1/2 inches too long. otherwise it's ok
