This is a very nice looking countertop organizer. My only issue with this product is that the pre-drilled holes are not very precise, causing the very top shelf(where the knives would go) to split from the screw hole to cut out for the knives after only a few turns of the screw. I had use a screwdriver with a hex bit to accomplish the very first task because the little hex wrench that is included was not able to work because of how far and how tight it was to turn the screw but after the first task the little hex wrench was sufficient for the rest. The instructions are only pictures but it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out. I was able to fix the shelf using gorilla glue and a clamp and a few brad nails. Overall I really like it because it offers a lot of storage space and it looks good on my counter.

It was great, although was not a fan of the Allen wrench way to put it all together, it’s very useful! Large and is great I use it to organize my makeup. Would definitely recommend!
Happy with this product. Good utilization of space.

I actually had fun putting together this thing. Similar to Ikea, there were just pictures instead of words. You really have to look closely at the pictures in order to assemble it correctly. It was fun for me but I know it would have been totally frustrating for my husband. One critique is that the screws are quite heard to screw in. I used the alan wrench provided and really had to put some energy into it. Unfortunately, during the process, I damaged one of the supporting beams. The screw had gone in crooked and I didn't realize until there was a crack. It's not a huge deal, but this is a design flaw and should be fixed.
Even though there is a crack in the beam, the ting still functions well. It creates a ton more space on my counter. To the credit of the vendor, the directions start with a declaration that the thing is hard to assemble and that folks shoulc call if they have trouble.
