I would have given this 5 stars, but one of the bottom pieces that holds the dowel arrived bent. The box was not damaged in any way, so it had to have been packaged in that condition. My son was able to bend it back.
That being said, the rack is very functional. Both my daughter-in-law and a friend who were present when I unpacked it want one.
I was actually looking for a regular paper towel holder when I came across this magnetic fridge organizer. What a neat concept, especially for those with limited kitchen space. The magnets are very strong and the organizer does not slide out of place. I am very happy with this purchase.
