Installing it was really easy but make sure to double check that everything is level. It lost a star because the supplied wall anchors are really cheap. They are flimsy and I honestly don't think they would make the unit anymore secured to the wall. Do yourself a favor and get better ones that will actually help keep the pot rack on the wall.
Excellent rack. Great for creating some extra storage space. Makes cooking easier, have this rack installed near the stove. Grabbing a pot or pan or utensil is convenient when at arm's length while cooking.

and customizable. :) I wasn't feeling the love of the black finish so I painted it with spray paint Krylon K09177000 COVERMAXX Spray Paint, Satin Sea Glass, 12 Ounce I adore how it turned out and matches the other accent pieces in my rental. :)
We needed this rack in our kitchen as our cabinets started getting full of pots and pans all over the place including their lids. Our kitchen is small but this rack was the best thing we bought for our kitchen. We looked elsewhere first in furniture stores and couldn't find something that didn't cost lots of money. This was best affordable solution. Very robust metal construction, light for its size and extremely easy to install. I had to drill 6 screws in the wall. One for each level and finally two more for the supporting bars that are extended to the front. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to organize their kitchens and have their pots and pans they use frequently at one spot.

It is solid, beautiful and freed up so much space - moved stuff from a thin 4 shelf unit and it all fit. Wow.
I made 3 red (painted oak) supports to attach to studs, and drilled this into the supports. All of the measurements were spot on except the height. Suggestion: do a test run somehow to measure the height, as it appears it may vary (experience speaking). Mine was about 2 inches shorter than listed, and it made the shelves have a severe front to back slope. But the adjustment was easy enough as only the top part had to be moved down. The height where the top screws go does not lessen the space of the shelving.
Although the product first shipped with a defect piece, I was shipped a replacement piece with relative ease. The product was easy to assemble, and required few tools (screwdriver, wrench, drill, and hammer). It seems to hold up the weight as well. I have 10-15 pots hanging in addition to the lids and bowls on the shelves.

Luckily I’m smart enough to figure out how to hang this, it’s not rocket science, it’s shelving
I’d like to see more quality products from this seller, hopefully they’ll work on instructions or get someone to put some better instructions together for them.
Awesome Pot Rack!! We have enjoyed it since the first day of installation.
Based on the reviews read before we purchased it, we knew that we would have to work with a thin stained board attached to the studs then attaching the rack to the boards. The tricky part was we found with the bracket that connects to the two shelves and then to the wall. Metal is a bit fickle so we had to remove bottom shelf a few times to deal with top shelf. The levelling is not accurate until starting with the top bracket secure and then building down. You can determine where you need your pilot holes and even where you have the play to tighten to level. It is a lot of over head work so a second set of arms and a sturdy step stool.
